Abstract

A találmány olyan, nagy elektronvezető képességű vegyes oxid anyaghozkapcsolódik, amelynek tapasztalati képlete: ABOy, ahol y 3, továbbá,ahol A az Na, K, Rb, Ca, Ba, La, Pr, Sr, Ce, Nb, Pb, Nd, Sm és Gdalkotta csoportból választott legalább egy fémet jelöl, továbbá ahol Ba Cu, Mg, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Nb, Mo, W és Zr alkotta csoportbólválasztott legalább egy fémet jelöl, továbbá ahol az A és 8 egyszerrenem lehet Nb, továbbá ahol az SrVO2,5 képletű anyag ki van zárva. Azanyag lehet perovszkit típusú anyag, amelynél y = 3-d, ahol d 0 és dértéke a kb.-0,2-től a kb. -0,05-ig terjedő tartományban, vagy a kb.+0,05-tól a kb. +0,7-ig terjedő tartományban van. Az anyag ugyancsaklehet Brown-Millerite típusú anyag, amelynél y = 2,5-x, ahol x értékea kb. -0,2-től a kb. -0,05-ig terjedő tartományban, vagy a kb. +0,05-tól a kb. +0,3-ig terjedő tartományban van. A találmány kiterjedemellett egy, a szóban forgó típusú vegyes oxid anyagból készített,elektrokémiai cellához való elektródra, az elektród vegyes oxidanyagból történő gyártási eljárására, továbbá olyan elektrokémiaicellára, amely legalább egy ilyen típusú, találmány szerinti vegyesoxid anyagból készített elektróddal rendelkezik.
