Abstract

A találmány eljárást ír le egy tisztítási eljárás hatékonyságánakkövetésére, amely eljárásban a kínai hörcsög petefészek (CHO) sejtekreendogén plazminogén aktivátort (PA) távolítják el egy olyan mintából,amely humán tPa-t vagy változatait tartalmazza.
