Claims (15)
1. Postupak za depolimerizaciju polimera koji posjeduje estersku funkcionalnost za odgovarajuće komponente alkohola i karboksilne kiseline, naznačen time, da je za uporabu u proizvodnji novih polimera, koji obuhvaća miješanje polimera sa smjesom od:
(i) nepolarnog otapala za bubrenje polimera, pri čemu je nepolarno otapalo halogenirano otapalo; i
(ii) agensa za prekidanje esterske funkcionalnosti koji se sastoji od smjese alkohola i hidroksida;
pri čemu se miješanje nastavlja u dovoljno dugom vremenskom periodu za depolimerizaciju barem dijela polimera u odgovarajuće komponente alkohola i karboksilne kiseline; i
pritom se postupak provodi bez primjene vanjskog zagrijavanja.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da omjer između nepolarnog otapala i alkohola iznosi 1:10 do 1:50 (vol.:vol.).
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se polimer miješa s nepolarnim otapalom, hidroksidom i alkoholom u vremenskom periodu od 0 sati do 5 sati.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da se polimer miješa s nepolarnim otapalom, hidroksidom i alkoholom pri atmosferskom tlaku.
5. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se kod nepolarnog otapala radi o diklorometanu, dikloroetanu, tetrakloretanu, kloroformu, tetraklorometanu, trikloroetanu ili njihovoj kombinaciji.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da alkohol jest linearni C1-C4 alkohol.
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se hidroksid bira iz skupine koja se sastoji od hidroksida alkalijskog metala, hidroksida zemnoalkalijskog metala, amonijevog hidroksida i njihove kombinacije.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da polimer koji posjeduje estersku funkcionalnost jest polietilen tereftalat i pritom su odgovarajuće komponente alkohola i karboksilne kiseline koje služe za proizvodnju polimera, tereftalna kiselina ili njezina sol i etilen glikol.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da tereftalna kiselina ili njezina sol koja se dobiva iz postupka depolimerizacije, sadrži nećistoće u količini manjoj od 1% (w/w).
10. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time, da nečistoće sadrže najmanje jednu izoftalnu kiselinu, ftalnu kiselinu, 4-metilbenzojevu kiselinu, 4-formilbenzojevu kiselinu, i metale.
11. Postupak za depolimerizaciju polimera koji posjeduje estersku funkcionalnost za odgovarajuće komponente alkohola i karboksilne kiseline, naznačen time, da je za uporabu u proizvodnji novih polimera, koji obuhvaća miješanje polimera sa smjesom od:
(i) 3 do 5 % (vol.) nepolarnog otapala za bubrenje polimera, pri čemu nepolarno otapalo jest halogenirano otapalo;
(ii) 95 do 97 % (vol.) linearnog C1-C4 alkohola; i
(iii) hidroksida;
pri čemu se miješanje izvodi u trajanju od jednog sata; i
pritom se postupak provodi bez primjene vanjskog zagrijavanja.
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time, da polimer koji posjeduje estersku funkcionalnost jest polietilen tereftalat i pritom su odgovarajuće komponente alkohola i karboksilne kiseline koje služe za proizvodnju polimera, tereftalna kiselina ili njezina sol i etilen glikol.
13. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačen time, da tereftalna kiselina ili njezina sol koja se dobiva iz postupka depolimerizacije, sadrži manje od 1% nečistoća (w/w).
14. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačen time, da nečistoće sadrže najmanje jednu izoftalnu kiselinu, ftalnu kiselinu, 4-metilbenzojevu kiselinu, 4-formilbenzojevu kiselinu, i metale.
15. Postupak za depolimerizaciju polietilen tereftalata u tereftalnu kiselinu ili njezinu sol i etilenglikol, naznačen time, da obuhvaća miješanje polietilentereftalata sa smjesom od:
(i) 3 do 5 % (vol.) nepolarnog otapala za bubrenje polimera, pri čemu nepolarno otapalo jest halogenirano otapalo;
(ii) 95 do 97 % (vol.) linearnog C1-C4 alkohola; i
