Abstract

trata-se de um poliéster compreendendo as unidades de 2,5-furandicarboxilato de etileno que é preparado em um processo, em que em uma etapa de esterificação um composto de 2,5-furandicarboxilato é reagido com etileno glicol para formar uma composição de éster, que compreende componentes com porções de 2-hidroxietila e 2,5-furandicarboxilato; em que em uma etapa de policondensação a composição de éster assim obtida é submetida a policondensação em pressão reduzida na presença de um catalisador de policondensação para obter um policondensado; e em que durante a etapa de policondensação o ácido 2,5-furandicarboxílico é adicionado à composição de éster.
