Claims (8)
1. Metoda dobivanja lagane cementne kaše koja obuhvaća:
formiranje smjese od:
35 do 60 mas %, na vlažnoj osnovi, cementnog reaktivnog praha koji sadrži Portland cement,
2 do 10 mas %, na vlažnoj osnovi, ekspandiranog i kemijski obloženog vodonepropusnog i vodootpornog perlitnog punioca,
20 do 40 mas % vode,
0 do 25 mas %, na vlažnoj osnovi, sekundarnog punioca;
10 do 50 vol %, na vlažnoj osnovi, uvučenog zraka; i
agensa za uvlačenje zraka i/ili agensa za pjenušanje;
opcionalnog aditiva odabranog od najmanje jednog člana grupe koja se sastoji od agenasa za redukciju vode, kemijskih ubrzivača vezivanja, kemijskih usporivača vezivanja;
pri uvjetima koji osiguravaju početnu temperaturu kaše od najmanje oko 40°F (4.4°C), gdje perlitni punilac ima srednji dijametar čestica između 20-60 mikrona.
2. Metoda u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1, gdje je perlitni punilac obložen sa članom grupe koja se sastoji od silana, siloksana, silikona i njihovih smjesa.

20-40 mas % vode,
10-50 vol %. na vlažnoj osnovi, uvučenog zraka,
aditiv odabran od najmanje jednog člana grupe koja se sastoji od agenasa za redukciju vode, kemijskih ubrzivača vezivanja, kemijskih usporivača vezivanja, agenasa za uvlačenje zraka, i agenasa za pjenušanje;
10-25 mas % sekundarnih punioca koji su odabrani od najmanje jednog člana grupe koja se sastoji od ekspandirane gline, agregata škriljca i plavca;
gdje je ukupno ekspandiranog i kemijski obloženog perlitnog punioca i sekundarnih punioca najmanje 20 mas %.
7. Kompozicija za pripremanje cementne ploče koja sadrži kašu koja sadrži smjesu sljedećih komponenti:
35 do 60 mas % cementnog reaktivnog praha koji sadrži Portland cement,
2 do 10 mas %, na vlažnoj osnovi, ekspandiranog i kemijski obloženog vodonepropusnog i vodootpornog perlitnog punioca.
20 do 40 mas % vode,
0 do 25 mas %, na vlažnoj osnovi, sekundarnog punioca;
10 do 50 volumenskih %, na vlažnoj osnovi, uvučenog zraka, i
agens za uvlačenje zraka i/ili agens za pjenušanje;
opcionalni aditiv odabran od najmanje jednog člana grupe koja se sastoji od agenasa za redukciju vode, kemijskih ubrzivača vezivanja, i kemijskih usporivača vezivanja;
kašu koja je na temperaturi od najmanje oko 40°F (4.4°C) gdje su komponente pomiješane da formiraju kompoziciju,
gdje perlitni punioc ima srednji dijametar čestica između 20-60 mikrona.
8. Cementna ploča napravljena od kompozicije u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 7 koja ima gustoću od oko 45 do 85 funti po kubnoj stopi (0.72 do 1.36 g/cc) i koja ima neprekidnu fazu koja je rezultat očvršćivanja vodene smjese koja sadrži: 35-60 dijelova po masi vezivnog sredstva na bazi Portland cementa,
2-10 dijelova po masi ekspandiranog i kemijski obloženog perlitnog punioca,
