Claims (19)

1. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora odabran od premaza, morta i betona od materijala iz bioloških izvora koji sadrže biljni ili materijal iz bioloških izvora izabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od drveta i konoplje, i kompoziciju vezivnog sredstva koja sadrži prvu konvencionalnu mineralnu komponentu i drugu komponentu, navedeni sustav koji je naznačen time da navedena kompozicija vezivnog sredstva ima specifičnu površinu, izračunatu u skladu sa BET metodom, veću od 10 m2/g, poželjno veću od 12 m2/g, naročito veću od 14 m2/g i navedena druga komponenta ima specifičnu površinu, izračunatu u skladu sa BET metodom, veću od 22 m2/g, poželjno veću od 25 m2/g i odabrana je iz grupe koja se sastoji od gašenog vapna, koloidnih glina, naročito kaolinita, bentonita ili volastonita i njihovih smjesa i navedena prva konvencionalna mineralna komponenta je komponenta vezivnog sredstva odabrana iz grupe koja se sastoji od cementa, standardnog gašenog ili zračnog vapna, prirodnog ili umjetnog hidrauličnog vapna, glina, vezivnih sredstava za zidarstvo, vezivnih sredstava sa pocolanskom i hidrauličnom postavkom, gipsa i njihovih smjesa i najmanje jedna od navedene prve konvencionalne mineralne komponente i navedene druge komponente je na bazi gašenog vapna u prahu.
2. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1, gdje navedena druga komponenta ima specifičnu površinu, izračunatu u skladu sa BET metodom, veću od 27 m2/g, poželjno veću od 30 m2/g, preferencijalno veću od 32 m2/g i naročito veću od 35 m2/g.
3. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili patentnim zahtjevom 2, gdje navedeni cementi su odabrani iz grupe uobičajenih cementa, naročito standardiziranih, vatrostalnih, rastopljenih aluminatnih, brzih cementa, Portland cementa, šljaka iz visoke peći, letećeg pepela i njihovih smjesa.
4. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, gdje navedena druga komponenta je prisutna u količini većoj od 5% po masi, povoljno većoj od 10% po masi, preferencijalno većoj od 20% po masi, naročito jednakoj sa ili većoj od 25% po masi, poželjno jednakoj sa ili većoj od 30% po masi, povoljno jednakoj sa ili većoj od 40% po masi i jednakoj sa ili manjoj od 80% po masi, naročito jednakoj sa ili manjoj od 60% po masi, na bazi ukupne mase navedene kompozicije vezivnog sredstva.
5. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, gdje navedena druga komponenta ima ukupnu zapreminu pora izračunatu u skladu sa BJH metodom dušikove desorpcije veću od ili jednaku sa 0.07 cm3/g, poželjno veću od ili jednaku sa 0.08 cm3/g, poželjno veću od ili jednaku sa 0.1cm3/g.
6. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, gdje navedena druga komponenta ima ukupnu zapreminu pora izračunatu u skladu sa BJH metodom dušikove desorpcije veću od ili jednaku sa 0.12 cm3/g, poželjno veću od ili jednaku sa 0.15 cm3/g i naročito veću od 0.18 cm3/g.
7. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, gdje navedena druga komponenta je na bazi gašenog vapna u prahu.
8. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, gdje navedena druga komponenta je na bazi gašenog vapna u prahu i ima nasipnu gustoću izmjerenu u skladu sa EN 459-2 standardom u rasponu od 250 do 500 kg/m3.
9. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, koji dalje sadrži sredstvo za stvaranje zračnih pora kao što je surfaktant ili tenzid, naročito odabran iz grupe alkil sulfata ili sulfonata, etoksiliranih masnih alkohola, blok kopolimera i njihovih smjesa.
10. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, koji dalje sadrži jedan ili više agenasa za zadržavanje vode, na primjer celuloznih etera ili guar gume, njihove derivate i njihove smjese.
11. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, koji dalje sadrži reološki modifikator, naročito odabran iz grupe hidrokoloida, točnije iz grupe polisaharida, derivata škroba, alginata, guar guma i njihovih derivata, ksantan guma i njihovih derivata, karagenan guma i njihovih derivata, sukcinoglikana, superplastifikatora kao polikarboksilata ili melamin formaldehida, mineralnih koloida, naročito silike i glina, i njihovih smjesa.
12. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, koji dalje sadrži hidrofobni agens odabran iz grupe soli masnih kiselina kao što su stearati i oleati, biljnih i mineralnih ulja, silana, siloksana i njihovih smjesa.
13. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, koji dalje sadrži organsko vezujuće sredstvo odabrano iz grupe industrijskih lateksa kao što su na primjer lateksi na bazi polivinil acetat/etilen, polivinil acetat/versatat, stiren/butadien kopolimera.
14. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da je u suhom obliku, spreman da bude pomiješan sa vodom.
15. Sustav na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, koji dalje sadrži vodu i stoga koji je u obliku spremnom za upotrebu.

18. Primjena sustava na bazi biljnih ili materijala iz bioloških izvora u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 17, u betonu koji sadrži biljne ili agregate iz bioloških izvora poput drveta ili konoplje.
19. Primjena u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevima 16 do 18, gdje navedeni biljni ili agregati iz bioloških izvora imaju oblik slamke sa dužinom 5 do 50 mm i širinom manjom od 10 mm.
