Claims (16)

1. Kompozicija vezivnog sredstva za žbuke, betone i lake premaze sa agregatima biljnog ili prirodnog porijekla, točnije za beton od konoplje, koja sadrži prvu konvencionalnu mineralnu komponentu i gašeno vapno u prahu, navedena kompozicija vezivnog sredstva koja ima specifičnu površinsku oblast, izračunatu prema BET metodi, veću od 10 m2/g, poželjno veću od 12 m2/g, posebno veću od 14 m2/g, naznačena time da navedeno gašeno vapno u prahu ima specifičnu površinsku oblast izračunatu prema BET metodi veću od 22 m2/g, poželjno veću od 25 m2/g i ukupnu zapreminu pora izračunatu prema BJH metodi desorpcije dušika veću od ili jednaku 0.08 cm3/g, poželjno veću od ili jednaku 0.1 cm3/g i prisutna je u količini strogo većoj od 20 mas%, posebno jednakoj ili većoj od 25 mas%, poželjno jednakoj ili većoj od 30 mas%, povoljno jednakoj ili većoj od 40 mas% i jednakoj ili manjoj od 80 mas%, posebno jednakoj ili manjoj od 60 mas%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu navedene kompozicije vezivnog sredstva i time da navedena prva konvencionalna mineralna komponenta je vezivna komponenta odabrana iz grupe koja se sastoji od cementa, prirodnog ili umjetnog hidrauličnog vapna, gline, vezivnih sredstava za zidanje, vezivnih sredstava sa pucolanskom i hidrauličnom postavkom, žbuke i njihovih smjesa.
2. Kompozicija vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1, u kojoj gašeno vapno u prahu ima specifičnu površinsku oblast izračunatu prema BET metodi veću od 27 m2/g, poželjno veću od 30 m2/g, poželjno veću od 32 m2/g i posebno veću od 35 m2/g.
3. Kompozicija vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili patentnim zahtjevom 2, gdje je navedeni cement odabran iz grupe uobičajenog cementa, naročito standardiziranog, vatrostalnog cementa, taljenog aluminijevog, brzog, portland cementa, šljake iz visokih peći, letećeg pepela i njihovih smjesa.
4. Kompozicija vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, gdje gašeno vapno u prahu ima čestice koje imaju d3 veći od 0.1 µm, posebno veći od 0.5 µm i d98 manji od ili jednak 200 µm, posebno manji od ili jednak 150 µm.
5. Kompozicija vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, gdje gašeno vapno u prahu ima čestice koje imaju d98 manji od ili jednak 90 µm, posebno manji ili jednak 63 µm.
6. Kompozicija vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, gdje gašeno vapno u prahu ima ukupnu zapreminu pora izračunatu prema BJH metodi desorpcije dušika veću od ili jednaku 0.12 cm3/g, poželjno veću od ili jednaku 0.15 cm3/g i posebno veću od 0.18 cm3/g.
7. Kompozicija vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, gdje gašeno vapno u prahu ima nasipnu gustoću izmjerenu u skladu sa standardom EN 459-2 u rasponu od 250 do 500 kg/m3.
8. Kompozicija vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, koja dalje sadrži agens za uvlačenje zraka kao što je surfaktant ili površinski aktivni agens, posebno odabran iz grupe alkil sulfata ili sulfonata, etoksiliranih masnih alkohola, blok kopolimera i njihovih smjesa.
9. Kompozicija vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, koja dalje sadrži jedan ili više agenasa za zadržavanje vode, npr. celulozne etere ili guar gume, njihove derivate i njihove smjese.
10. Kompozicija vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, koja dalje sadrži reološki modifikator, posebno odabran iz grupe hidrokoloida, naročito iz grupe polisaharida, derivata škroba, alginata, guar gume i njenih derivata, ksantan gume i njenih derivata, karagenan gume i njenih derivata, sukcinoglikana, superplastifikatora kao što su polikarboksilati ili formaldehid melamini, mineralnih koloida, posebno silike i gline, i njihovih smjesa.
11. Kompozicija u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, koja dalje sadrži hidrofobni agens odabran iz grupe soli masnih kiselina kao što su stearati i oleati, biljna i mineralna ulja, silani, siloksani i njihove smjese.
12. Kompozicija u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, koja dalje sadrži organsko vezivno sredstvo odabrano iz grupe industrijskih lateksa kao što su na primjer lateksi zasnovani na kopolimerima polivinil/etilen acetat, polivinil/versatat acetat, stirol/butadien.
13. Primjena kompozicije vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12 u lakom premazu koja sadrži agregate biljnog ili prirodnog porijekla kao što su drvo ili konoplja.
14. Primjena kompozicije vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12 u žbuki koja sadrži agregate biljnog ili prirodnog porijekla kao što su drvo ili konoplja.
15. Primjena kompozicije vezivnog sredstva u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12 u betonu koja sadrži agregate biljnog ili prirodnog porijekla kao što su drvo ili konoplja.
16. Primjena u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevima 13 do 15, gdje navedeni agregati biljnog ili prirodnog porijekla imaju oblik slamke sa dužinom od 5 - 50 mm i širinom manjom od 10 mm.
