Abstract

Composiciones de cemento y métodos para hacer lo mismo, en los cuales las composiciones de cemento incluyen 35-60% peso de polvo reactivo de cemento (también llamado aglutinante basado en cemento Portland), 2-10% peso de relleno de perlita expandida y recubierta quimicamente, 20-40% en peso de agua, aire atrapado, y aditivos opcionales tales como reductores de agua, aceleradores quimicos de fraguado, y retardadores quimicos de fraguado. Ademas, las composiciones de cemento ligero pueden contener 0-25% peso de rellenos secundarios en base h·meda tales como arcilla expandida, agregado de pizarra, y piedra pomez. 1.- Un método para proporcionar una mezcla de cemento ligera que abarca: formacion de una mezcla de: 35 a 60% peso, en base h·meda, de polvo reactivo de cemento que abarca el cemento Portland, 2 a 10% peso, en base h·meda de un relleno de perlita expandido, recubierto quimicamente hermético e impermeable, 20 a 40% peso, de agua, 0 a 25% peso, en base h·meda, de relleno secundario; 10 a 50% vol., en base h·meda, de aire incorporado;aditivo opcional elegido de entre al menos un miembro del grupo de reductores de agua, aceleradores quimicos de fraguado, retardadores quimicos de fraguado, agentes inclusores de aire, y elementos espumantes; bajo condiciones que proporcionen una temperatura inicial de lechada de al menos alrededor de 40°F (4,4°C). 2.- El método de la Reivindicacion 1, en donde el relleno de perlita esta cubierto con un miembro del grupo consistente en silano, siloxano, silicona y mezclas de ellos. 3.- El método de la Reivindicacion 1, en donde el relleno de perlita esta cubierto con silano.
