Claims (8)

1. Varijanta d-psikoza-3-epimeraze s povećanom toplinskom stabilnošću, naznačena time što varijanta ima aminokiselinski slijed sa SEQ ID NO:1 u Korejskoj patentnoj objavi br. 10-2011-0035805A ili funkcionalni fragment u kojem je izoleucin (Ile) na položaju 33 u aminokiselinskom slijedu zamijenjen aminokiselinom koja se bira iz skupine koju čine leucin (Leu), cistein (Cys) i valin (Val), ili aminokiselinski slijed u kojem je serin (Ser) na položaju 213 u aminokiselinskom slijedu zamijenjen cisteinom.
2. Varijanta d-psikoza-3-epimeraze s povećanom toplinskom stabilnošću, naznačena time što varijanta ima aminokiselinski slijed sa SEQ ID NO:1 u Korejskoj patentnoj objavi br. 10-2011-0035805A ili funkcionalni fragment u kojem je izoleucin (Ile) na položaju 33 u aminokiselinskom slijedu zamijenjen aminokiselinom koja se bira iz skupine koju čine leucin (Leu), cistein (Cys) i valin (Val), a serin (Ser) na položaju 213 u aminokiselinskom slijedu je zamijenjen cisteinom.
3. Rekombinantni ekspresijski vektor, naznačen time što sadrži gen koji kodira varijantu d-psikoza-3-epimeraze u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2.
4. Bakterija Corynebacterium glutamicum pFIS-1-ATPE-2, naznačena time što je transformirana rekombinantnim ekspresijskim vektorom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3.
5. Postupak proizvodnje d-psikoze iz fruktoze, naznačen time što se upotrebljava varijanta d-psikoza-3-epimeraze u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2.
6. Postupak proizvodnje d-psikoze iz fruktoze, naznačen time što se upotrebljava rekombinantna bakterija Corynebacterium glutamicum pFIS-1-ATPE-2 u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4.
7. Imobilizirani reaktor za proizvodnju d-psikoze, naznačen time što sadrži kolonu ispunjenu nosačem na kojem je imobilizirana varijanta d-psikoza-3-epimeraze u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2.
8. Postupak proizvodnje d-psikoze, naznačen time što se otopina fruktoze dodaje u imobilizirani reaktor u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7.
