Abstract

Изобретение относится к новым вариантам ферментного пептида пуллуланазы, к генным последовательностям, кодирующим указанные новые пептиды, к векторам экспрессии, содержащим эти генные последовательности, а также к организмам, экспрессирующим новые варианты пуллуланазы. Новые варианты пуллуланазы, предлагаемые настоящим изобретением, были изготовлены эмпирически с применением процедур кодонной оптимизации, селективного усечения молекул "дикого типа", а также с замещением избранных аминокислотных остатков. Кроме того, изобретение относится к применению этих новых пептидов пуллуланазы в производстве текстиля, в процессах брожения, в пищевой промышленности и в других отраслях индустрии.
