Claims (23)
1. Tiskovna podloga koja sadrži:
a) osnovni sloj koji ima prvu stranu i stražnju stranu;
b) apsorpcijski (upijajući) sloj koji je u doticaju s prvom stranom osnovnog sloja, pri čemu apsorpcijski sloj ima stupanj upijanja od 1×10-5 ms-0.5 do 1×10-3 ms-0.5 i/ili unos volumena od 30 do 95 % volumena u odnosu na ukupni volumen apsorpcijskog sloja; i
c) završni premaz u doticaju s apsorpcijskim slojem, pri čemu završni premaz ima propusnost veću od 5.0×10-18 m2.
2. Tiskovna podloga prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je osnovni sloj papir bez drvenog sadržaja ili papir koji sadrži drvo, poželjno ima baznu težinu od 30 do 300 g/m2.
3. Tiskovna podloga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu apsorpcijski sloj sadrži pigment, koji, kada je u kompaktnom obliku, ima stupanj upijanja od 1×10-5 ms-0.5 do 1×10-3 ms-0.5 i/ili unos volumena od 35 do 95 % volumena u odnosu na ukupni volumen pigmenta.
4. Tiskovna podloga prema zahtjevu 3, pri čemu pigment ima specifičnu površinu veću od 25 m2/g, poželjno od 25 do 100 m2/g ili od 30 do 50 m2/g.
5. Tiskovna podloga prema zahtjevu 3, pri čemu pigment ima specifičnu površinu veću od 25 m2/g, d50 vrijednost od 0.3 do 3 µm i poroznost, kada je u kompaktnom obliku, veću ili jednaku 35 %.
6. Tiskovna podloga prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3 do 5, pri čemu je pigment kalcijev karbonat, plastični pigment kao što je plastični pigment na bazi polistirena, titanijev dioksid, dolomit, kalcinirana glina, ili njihove smjese, ili pri čemu je pigment smjesa kalcijevog karbonat, titanijevog dioksida, dolomita, kalcinirane gline ili njihovih smjesa s jednim ili više između talka, ne-kalcinirane gline ili bentonita, taj pigment je poželjno kalcijev karbonat, poželjnije modificirani kalcijev karbonat i/ili precipitirani kalcijev karbonat.
7. Tiskovna podloga prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3 do 6, pri čemu je kalcijev karbonat u igličastom, prizmatskom, sfernom, ili rombohedralnom obliku ili bilo kojoj njihovoj kombinaciji.
8. Tiskovna podloga prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3 do 7, pri čemu apsorpcijski sloj dalje sadrži vezivo, poželjno u količini od 1 do 50 tež.-% u odnosu na ukupnu težinu pigmenta.
9. Tiskovna podloga prema zahtjevu 8, pri čemu se vezivo izabire između škroba, polivinilalkohola, stiren-butadien lateksa, stiren-akrilat lateksa, ili polivinil acetat lateksa ili njihovih smjesa.
10. Tiskovna podloga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu apsorpcijski sloj ima težinu premaza u rasponu od 3 to 50 g/m2, poželjno 3 do 40 g/m2, i najpoželjnije od 6 do 20 g/m2.
11. Tiskovna podloga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri premaz sadrži pigment čija je d50 u rasponu od 0.01 do 1.0 µm.
12. Tiskovna podloga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu premaz dalje sadrži vezivo, poželjno u količini od 0.5 do 50 tež.-% u odnosu na ukupnu težinu pigmenta.
13. Tiskovna podloga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se vezivo izabire između škroba, polivinilalkohola, stiren-butadien lateksa, stiren-akrilat lateksa, ili polivinil acetat lateksa ili njihovih smjesa.
14. Tiskovna podloga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu premaz dalje sadrži modifikator reoloških svojstava u količini manjoj od 1 wt.-% u odnosu na ukupnu težinu pigmenta t.
15. Tiskovna podloga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu premaz ima težinu u rasponu od 1 to 50 g/m2, poželjno 3 do 40 g/m2, i najpoželjnije od 6 do 20 g/m2.
16. Tiskovna podloga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu tiskovna podloga dalje sadrži drugi apsorpcijski sloj u doticaju sa stražnjom stranom osnovnog sloja, i drugi premaz koji je u doticaju s drugim apsorpcijskim slojem.
17. Postupak proizvodnje tiskovne podloge koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
a) nabava osnovnog sloja koji ima prvu stranu i stražnju stranu;
b) nanošenje tekućeg oblika premaza da se dobije apsorpcijski sloj na prvoj strani osnovnog sloja;
c) nanošenje tekućeg oblika premaza na apsorpcijski sloj da se dobije završni premaz; i
d) sušenje apsorpcijskog sloja i završnog premaza, pri čemu se apsorpcijski sloj i završni premaz suše ili istodobno ili se apsorpcijski sloj suši nakon koraka b) i prije nanošenja završnog premaza u koraku c)
pri čemu završni premaz ima propusnost veću od 5.0×10-18 m2, i pri čemu apsorpcijski sloj ima stupanj upijanja od 1×10-5 ms-0.5 do 1×10-3 ms-0.5 i/ili unos volumena od 30 do 95 % volumena u odnosu na ukupni volumen apsorpcijskog sloja.
18. Postupak prema zahtjevu 17, pri čemu se koraci b) do d) također provode na stražnjoj strani osnovnog sloja da se proizvede tiskovna podloga koja je premazana na prvoj strani i stražnjoj strani.
19. Postupak prema zahtjevima 17 ili 18, pri čemu tekući oblik premaza koji se koristi za dobivanje apsorpcijskog sloja i/ili završnog premaza ima sadržaj krutih tvari od 10 do 80 tež.-%, poželjno od 30 do 60 tež.-%, i poželjnije od 45 do 55 tež.-% u odnosu na ukupnu težinu tekućeg oblika.
20. Postupak prema zahtjevima 17 do 19, pri čemu tekući oblik premaza koji se koristi za dobivanje apsorpcijskog sloja dalje sadrži sredstvo za disperziju, poželjno poliakrilat, u količini od 0.05 do 5 tež.-%, i poželjno u količini od 0.5 do 5 tež.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu pigmenta.
21. Postupak prema zahtjevima 17 do 20, pri čemu se oblici premaza pripremaju uporabom vodenih suspenzija disperznog kalcijevog karbonata sa sadržajem krute tvari između 10 tež.-% i 82 tež.-%, poželjno između 50 tež.-% i 81 tež.-%, i poželjnije između 70 tež.-% i 78 tež.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu vodene suspenzije disperznog kalcijevog karbonata.
22. Postupak prema zahtjevima 17 do 21, pri čemu oblici premaza imaju viskoznost u rasponu od 20 do 3000 mPas, poželjno 250 do 3000 mPas, i poželjnije 1000 do 2500 mPas.
23. Postupak prema zahtjevima 17 do 22, pri čemu se oblici premaza nanose premazivanjem pri visokoj brzini, film prešom, tekućom zavjesom, raspršivanjem ili elektrostatski, i poželjno premazivanjem pri visokoj brzini.
