Abstract
Valjački stan (1), koji definira os valjanja, a obuhvaća- fiksnu vanjsku strukturu (13), - tri radnja valjka (2) postavljena u držače za valjke (3), taj ležaj se može pomicati iz radnog položaja unutar fiksne strukture (13), na spomenutoj osi valjanja, do položaja bočnog vađenja (3') izvan fiksne strukture (13) za zamjenu radnih valjaka (2), gdje za svaki radni valjak (2) postoji barem jedna odgovarajuća hidraulička kapsula (4', 4") čvrsto fiksirana za fiksnu strukturu (13), gdje je barem prva hidraulička kapsula (4") dvotaktnog tipa čime omogućuje, dodatno uz prvi radni takt za prilagodbu radijalnog položaja odgovarajućeg radnog valjka (2), drugi takt udaljavanja od osi valjanja, radi olakšavanja bočnog vađenja držača valjaka (3), gdje je druga hidraulička kapsula (4') horizontalno postavljena da omogući vađenje držača valjaka (3) duž horizontalne ravnine. Patent sadrži još 12 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (13)
1. Valjački stan (1), koji definira os valjanja, a obuhvaća
- fiksnu vanjsku strukturu (13),
- tri radnja valjka (2) postavljena u držače za valjke (3), taj ležaj se može pomicati iz radnog položaja unutar fiksne strukture (13), na spomenutoj osi valjanja, do položaja bočnog vađenja (3’) izvan fiksne strukture (13) za zamjenu radnih valjaka (2),
gdje za svaki radni valjak (2) postoji barem jedna odgovarajuća hidraulička kapsula (4’, 4") čvrsto fiksirana za fiksnu strukturu (13),
gdje je barem prva hidraulička kapsula (4") dvotaktnog tipa čime omogućuje, dodatno uz prvi radni takt za prilagodbu radijalnog položaja odgovarajućeg radnog valjka (2), drugi takt udaljavanja od osi valjanja, radi olakšavanja bočnog vađenja držača valjaka (3),
gdje je druga hidraulička kapsula (4’) horizontalno postavljena da omogući vađenje držača valjaka (3) duž horizontalne ravnine.
2. Valjački stan prema zahtjevu 1, gdje postoje dvije prve hidrauličke kapsule (4") nagnute u odnosu na okomitu os koja prolazi kroz os valjanja za unaprijed određeni prvi kut i koje su tako postavljene da omoguće vađenje držača valjaka (3) duž horizontalne ravnine na strani suprotno od druge hidrauličke kapsule (4’).
3. Valjački stan prema zahtjevu 2, gdje je unaprijed određeni prvi kut oko 30°.
4. Valjački stan prema zahtjevu 2, gdje je za svaki radni valjak (2) predviđena odgovarajuća kontrolna ekstenzija (5, 5’, 5"), prva ekstenzija (5) je okomito smještena iznad radnog položaja držača valjaka (3), i dvije druge ekstenzije (5’, 5") su postavljene nagnuto u odnosu na okomitu os za drugi kut od oko 60°.
5. Valjački stan prema zahtjevu 4, gdje postoje motor (6) i reduktor (7) spojeni za svaku kontrolnu ekstenziju.
6. Valjački stan prema zahtjevu 5, gdje je za drugu ekstenziju (5") postavljenu na stranu za vađenje držača valjaka (3), predviđena kosina (8) na koji je montiran uređaj za držanje ekstenzija (9) i sama druga ekstenzija (5").
7. Valjački stan prema zahtjevu 6, gdje kosina (8) klizi na ravnini s odgovarajućim nagibom u odnosu na horizontalu i prikladna je za prolaz iz kontrolnog položaja druge ekstenzije (5") u uvučeni položaj tako da se oslobodi ta druga ekstenzija (5") od odgovarajućrg radnog valjka (2) i dođe u položaj (5"’) koji ne interferira s horizontalnom ravninom za vađenje držača valjka (3).
8. Valjački stan prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 2 do 7, gdje su prve hidrauličke kapsule (4") tipa s pomičnim vrhom i obuhvaćaju pomični klip (19) koji djeluje na obruč brtvenog držača valjka, šuplji klip (20) u koji pomični klip (19) klizi i fiksni vanjski cilindar (21).
9. Valjački stan prema zahtjevu 8, gdje uređaj za balansiranje sklopa valjak-brtva obuhvaća cilindar s produžnom, pivotalnom glavom čekića.
10. Valjaonica za valjanje tijela u obliku šipki, definira os valjanja, sastoji se od više valjačkih stanova (1), prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 9, ti valjački stanovi postavljeni su redom i pomaknuti za kut od 180° u odnosu na prethodni, na okomitu os koja prolazi kroz os valjanja, gdje se držači valjaka (3) alternativno vade iz različitih stanova valjaonice na dvije strane same valjaonice.
11. Valjaonica prema zahtjevu 10, gdje je predviđen dvostrani pomični sustav, na svakoj strani valjaonice, svaki obuhvaća platformu (11) koja se pomiče duž smjera paralelnog s osi valjanja.
12. Valjaonica prema zahtjevu 11, gdje svaku pomičnu platformu (11) kontrolira odgovarajući hidraulički cilindar (15).
13. Postupak vađenja držača valjaka (3) iz radnog položaja, unutar valjačkog stana prema zahtjevu 6, u bočni položaj (3’) izvan stana (13) radi zamjene radnih valjaka (2), postupak obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
- razdvajanje spoja radnog valjka i ekstenzije za prvu ekstenziju (5) i za drugu ekstenziju (5’) postavljenu na strani gdje je druga hidraulička kapsula (4’) smještena horizontalno;
- zahvaćanje uređaja za držanje ekstenzija (9) za potporu druge ekstenzija (5"), smješteno na strani za vađenje držača valjaka (3);
- zahvaćanje kosine (8) radi oslobađanja druge daljnje ekstenzije (5") od odgovarajućeg radnog valjka (2) i klizenje kosine (8) iz potpunog prednjeg položaja u potpuno stražnji položaj;
- spuštanje uređaja za držanje ekstenzija (9) tako da druga ekstenzija (5") dođe u položaj (5"’) koji ne interferira s horizontalnom ravninom za vađenje držača valjaka (3);
- vađenje držača valjaka (3) iz radnog položaja u vanjski bočni položaj duž horizontalne ravnine.
