Abstract

Postupak recikliranja miješanog materijala (36) koji obuhvaća ugljična vlakna i smolu, koji postupak podrazumijeva: raspolaganje s peći (1; 100) koja sadrži barem dio za grijanje (2; 102); raspolaganje s transporterom (6;106) za transport miješanog materijala (36) kroz peć (1; 100); stavljanje miješanog materijala (36) na transporter (6; 106) i transportiranje miješanog materijala (36) kroz peć (1; 100); i uklanjanje smole iz miješanog materijala (36), dok on putuje kroz dio za grijanje (2; 102) peći (1; 100) na transporteru (6;106), pomoću kemijskog razlaganja pri prvoj temperaturi, rezultat čega je proizvodnja dima; naznačen time da postupak obuhvaća detektiranje postotka kisika u atmosferi u dijelu za grijanje (2; 102) kada miješani materijal (36) uđe u ovaj dio; a onda se proizvedeni dim na kontrolirani način uklanja iz dijela za grijanje (2; 102), tako da je postotak kisika u atmosferi kontroliran u dijelu za grijanje (2; 102). Claims (15)

1. Postupak recikliranja miješanog materijala (36) koji obuhvaća ugljična vlakna i smolu, koji postupak podrazumijeva: raspolaganje s peći (1; 100) koja sadrži barem dio za grijanje (2; 102); raspolaganje s transporterom (6;106) za transport miješanog materijala (36) kroz peć (1; 100); stavljanje miješanog materijala (36) na transporter (6; 106) i transportiranje miješanog materijala (36) kroz peć (1; 100); i uklanjanje smole iz miješanog materijala (36), dok on putuje kroz dio za grijanje (2; 102) peći (1; 100) na transporteru (6;106), pomoću kemijskog razlaganja pri prvoj temperaturi, rezultat čega je proizvodnja dima; naznačen time da postupak obuhvaća detektiranje postotka kisika u atmosferi u dijelu za grijanje (2; 102) kada miješani materijal (36) uđe u ovaj dio; a onda se proizvedeni dim na kontrolirani način uklanja iz dijela za grijanje (2; 102), tako da je postotak kisika u atmosferi kontroliran u dijelu za grijanje (2; 102).
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačen time da se kemijsko razlaganje u dijelu za grijanje (2; 102) odvija barem djelomično pomoću prednje strane plamena na površini miješanog materijala (36).
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 2 naznačen time da dimenzija prednje strane plamena u smjeru kretanja miješanog materijala (36) se kontrolira do 10 cm ili manje kontroliranjem postotka kisika u atmosferi u dijelu za grijanje (2; 102).
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time da transporter (6; 106) transportira miješani materijal (36) tako da se materijal ne rotira, prevrće, gužva ili stiska pri prolazu uz zavoje u prolazu kroz peć.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time da transporter (6; 106) podrazumijeva linearni transporter.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time da u kojem se postotak kisika u atmosferi detektira povremeno ili neprekidno.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time da jedan ili više otvora (38; 112), prikladni za ispuštanje nastalog dima iz dijela za grijanje (2; 102), su sadržani u peći; pri čemu je opcionalni ili svaki otvor (38; 112) upravljan da bude otvoren do stupnja koji može varirati između 0 i 100 %; i pri čemu je stupanj do kojeg jedan ili svaki otvor (38; 112) otvoren, opcionalno je upravljan kontrolorom u odnosu na postotak kisika sadržanog u atmosferi.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojoj od opcija patentnog zahtjeva 7 naznačen time da je jedan ili svaki otvor (38; 112) otvoren do odabranog stupnja za prethodno određeno vremensko trajanje ili za vremensko trajanje koje je upravljano kontrolorom kao odaziv na postotak kisika sadržanog u atmosferi.
