Abstract
Ova izum se odnosi na taksane topljive u vodi koji su kovalentno vezani na hialuronsku kiselinu iliderivat hialuronske kiseline, posebice na paklitaskel i docetaksel, a koji su korisni za pripravu farmaceutskih prirpavaka koji će se koristiti u polju onkologije, u tretmanu autoimunih poremećaja i restenoze. Izum se također odnosi na pripravu taksana kovalentno vezanih na hialuronsku kiselinu iliderivate hialuronske kiseline izravnom sintezom između molekula hialuronske kiseline i taksana ili izravnom sintezom uvođenjem razmaknice između hialuronske kiseline ili derivata hialuronske kiselinei taksana.
