392,815. Thermionic c valves. ELEKTRISCHE GLUHLAMPENFABRIKEN J. KREMENEZKY AKT.-GES., 55, Dresdnerstrasse, Vienna. Oct. 8, 1932, No. 28106. Convention date, Oct. 15, 1931. [Class 39 (i).] To reduce grid-anode capacity, screens 6, 7 are interposed between the anode 5 which may be of gauze, and those portions of the grid or grids 4 which act as supports or are adjacent the supports and are at a considerable distance from the cathode. The grid is wound around supports 2, 3, which are widely separated from the cathode, and is arranged to have a controlling portion 4 closely surrounding the cathode 1. The screens 6, 7 are mounted on posts 8, 9 which may be connected by a bridge with the cathode so that the screens are at cathode potential. They may be made slightly pervious to electrons.
