Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de transformation d'un ester d'acide chiral A d'alcool secondaire alpha -cyané B optiquement actif de structure R en ester d'acide chiral A d'alcool secondaire alpha -cyané B optiquement actif de structure S caractérisé en ce que l'on soumet l'ester d'acide chiral A d'alcool B optiquement actif de structure R à l'action d'un agent basique choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'ammoniaque, les amines secondaires, les amines tertiaires et les bases fortes qui, elles, sont utilisées en quantité catalytique, au sein d'un solvant ou d'un mélange de solvants dans lequel l'ester d'acide chiral A d'alcool B de structure S est insoluble, et l'ester d'acide chiral A d'alcool B de structure R est soluble, puis isole du milieu réactionnel, l'ester d'acide chiral A d'alcool B de structure S ainsi insolubilisé.
