Claims (16)
1. Förfarande för framställning av kalciumsulfat-alfa-halvhydrat frän finfördelat kalciumsulfat, vid vil- 5 ket förfarande frän en fuktig kalciumsulfatblandning bil-das formkroppar, vilka leds tili en autoklav, varvid kal-ciumsulfatet omkristalliseras med hjälp av mättad vatten-änga 1 autoklaven vid 110 - 180 °C tili kalciumsulfat-al-fa-halvhydrat, varefter formkropparna avlägsnas frän 10 autoklaven och leds tili användning, känneteck-n a t därav, att frän kalciumsulfat-dihydrat, vilket an-vänds som utgängsmaterial, bildas formkroppar med en por-volym större än 15 - 60 %, och varvid porerna innehäller luft i en mängd större än 5 volym-%, och porvattenmäng-15 den, som behövs för att omkristallisera kalciumsulfat-di-hydratet tili kalciumsulfat-alfa-halvhydrat, bildas i porerna av nämnda formkroppar sä, att formkropparna införs i autoklaven vid omgivningens temperatur, varvid genom inverkan av kondensation av den mättade vattenängan pä 20 formkropparnas yta bildas porvatten, som genom inverkan av kapillarkrafter i det öppna porsystemet tränger sig in . . i formkropparna, och varvid kristalltillväxten och kris- tallstrukturen hos kalciumsulfat-alfa-halvhydratkristal-ler, som växer frän den vattenhaltiga lösningsfasen, 25 styrs medelst behandlingstemperaturen inom ovannämnda temperatursomräde samt medelst trycket av behandlingsat-mosfären i autoklaven.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -t e c k n a t därav, att man framställer formkroppar med -.30 en porvolym av 25 - 35 %.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att man framställer formkroppar, i vilka minst hälften av porvolymen fyllts med luft. .35
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att frän kalciumsulfat- II 2i 90052 dihydratet genom pressning bildas formkroppar, medan hal-ten av vattnet, som är fysikaliskt bundet i kalciumsul-fat-dihydratet, är 3 - 20 vikt-%, och under ett press-tryck av högst 14 N/mm2 även formkroppar, som utstär 5 autoklavbehandlingen.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkrav 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att för att bilda nälfor-miga kalciumsulfat-alfa-halvhydratkristaller huvudsakli-gen opereras vid en behandlingstemperatur över 140 °C. 10
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att för att bilda kompak-ta, pelarformiga kalciumsulfat-alfa-halvhydratkristaller huvudsakligen opereras vid en behandlingstemperatur av 120 - 140 “C. 15
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat därav, att för att bilda kompak-ta kalciumsulfat-alfa-halvhydratkristaller i autoklaven opereras under ett förhöjt behandlingstryck med avseende pä den mättade ängan och därför leds gas in i autoklaven. 20
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat därav, att vattnet, som efter omkristalliseringen blir kvar i formkropparnas porer, ät-minstone delvis avlägsnas genom att pä ett kontrollerat sätt minska trycket i autoklaven. 25
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-9, kännetecknat därav, att tili kalciumsulfat-dihydratet före framställningen av formkropparna sätts pä tillväxten inverkande tillsatsämnen.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9, k ä n n e -: : 30 t e c k n a t därav, att som pä tillväxten inverkan äm-nen tili kalciumsulfat-dihydratet sätts finfördelat brun-kol och/eller finfördelad torv och/eller finfördelat trä och/eller humussyra och/eller ämnen, som träet innehäller och som har motsvarande verkan. 35
11. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 10, kännetecknat därav, att som pä tili- 22 9 0 052 växten inverkande ätgärd bestär en del av kalciumsulfat-dihydratet, som skall omkristalliseras, av rökgasavsvav-lingsgips frän ett kraftverk, som använder brunkol.

Användning av kalciumsulfat-alfa-halvhydrat, 5 som framställts enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-11, i maid och silad form som bindemedel för byggnadsmaterial, som är genast eller tidigt bärande, vid underjordisk gjutning, i synnerhet vid tunnelbrytning eller vid ort-drivning eller som förstärkning för gruvtekniska under- 10 jordiska objekt.
13. Användning av kalciumsulfat-alfa-halvhydrat, som framställts enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 11, i mald och silad form som bindemedel för självutjämningsba-ra cement.
14. Användning av kalciumsulfat-alfa-halvhydrat, som framställts enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-11, i mald och silad form som härdningsmedel för snabbrepara-tionsbruk, som är avsedda för snabbmontering av betong-eller asfaltytor.
15. Användning av kalciumsulfat-alfa-halvhydrat, som framställts enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-11, i . mald och silad form som rämaterial vid framställning av fiber- och spänarmerade plattprodukter.
16. Användning av kalciumsulfat-alfa-halvhydrat, ' 25 som framställts enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-11, i mald och silad form som byggnadsmaterial vid framställning av skumporösa gipsmellanväggskivor.
