Claims (4)

1. Användning av en utskiljningshärdbar kopparlege-ring innehällande 0,3 - 0,5 % nickel, 0,06 - 0,1 % fosfor 5 och resten koppar samt ur framställningsprocessen härstam-mande föroreningar, varvid förhällandet mellan nickel och fosfor är 3,5 - 7:1, företrädesvis 5:1, som rävara för stränggj utningskokiller.
2. Förfarande för framställning av stränggjutnings-10 kokiller ur en kopparlegering enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att legeringen härdas be-arbetad med varmbearbetning, kallbearbetas tili minst 10 % och därefter glödgas 1-8 timmar vid en temperatur pä 350 - 500 °C. 15
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, känne tecknat därav, att efter varmbearbetningen utföres en upplösningsbehandling vid en temperatur pä 650 - 750 °C.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat därav, att efter den vid en temperatur pä 20 350 - 500 °C utförda härdningsglödningen kallbearbetas le geringen tili minst 10 %.
