Claims (7)
1- Förfarande för framställning av kristallina alkalimetall-alumosilikat-basbytarmaterial med hög totaljonkapacitet och specif ik initial bytarhastighet, varvid en vattenlösning av alkali-metallsilikat med ett Sit^/^0-™0^örhäJ.l-ande av 1-4, där X är en alkalimetall, och med en koncentration av 3 moler eller lägre, omrörs under det att silikatlösningen tillsätts en vattenlösning av ett alkalimetallaluminat med en koncentration av 4 moler eller lägre, och reaktionsmassan, som bildats genom att sätta alkalimetallaluminat tili alkalimetallsilikatlösningen, omrörs vid en temperatur av 21-82°C för bildande av kristallina alkalimetall-alumosilikater, kännetecknat därav , att a) reaktionsmassan, som bildats genom att sätta aluminat-lösningen tili silikatlösningen, omrörs kraftigt sä, att en fin-fördelad amorf pigmentalkalimetallalumosilikat-mellanprodukt utfälls under det att reaktionmassans pH-värde är minst 10,0 väsentligen utan gelbildning, b) den utfällda amorfa mellanprodukten i reaktionsmassan kristalliseras genom att höja temperaturen tili 77-110°C, c) reaktionsmassan innehällande den kristallina produkten avkyls snabbt för att förhindra ytterligare kristallisering, d) det fasta kristallina alkalimetallalumosilikat-basbytar-materialet separeras och tillvaratages frän reaktionsmassan, varvid erhälles vattenhaltiga processlösningar innehällande alkalimetallaluminat , e) de vattenhaltiga processlösningarna underkastas en re-ningsbehandling för avlägsnande av halogenidföroreningar, organiska färjande komplex och järnhaltig uppslamning, f) koncentrationen av de renade processlösningarna justeras att motsvara koncentrationen av den i början av processen använda alkalimetallaluminatlösningen, varvid erhälles klara vattenhaltiga processlösningar med lämplig koncentration för användning som källa för alkalimetallaluminat i den initiala reaktionen, och g) de erhällna klara vattenhaltiga processlösningarna re-turneras för sättning tili alkalimetallsilikatlösningen som källa för alkalimetallaluminat. 15 66298
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck- n a t därav, att den amorfa mellanprodukten medelkristallstorlek i steg (a) är 0,25 - 8,0 mikron.

Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att den vattenhaltiga aluminatlösningen sätts tili silikatlösningen under minst 10 minuter och högst 60 minuter och den bildade blandningen omfattar en alkalimetallalumosilikat/vat-tenblandning, vars sammansättning, uttryckt som oxidmolförhällan-den, är följande: X20/Si02“förhällandet är 1,0 - 3,0 och H20/X20-förhällandet är 35 - 200 da Si02/Al202~förhällandet är 0,5 - 1,3; X20/Si02~förhällandet är 0,8 - 3,0 och H20/X20-förhällandet är 35 - 200 da Si02/Al202~förhällandet är 1,3 - 2,5, varvid X är alkalimetall.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att den frän kristalliseringssteget (b) erhällna moderlösningen, som är ovanom fällningen och som bildats den övre delen av den vattenhaltiga massan innehällande den frän utfäll-nings-uppslutningskärlet erhällna kristalliserade produkten, leds genom en kylningsanordning och returneras därefter som avskyld moderlösning tili den vattenhaltiga massan innehällande den kristalliserade produkten, varvid massan avkyls snabbt och en ytter-ligare tillväxt av kristallerna förhindras i steg (c).

Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, känneteck-n a t därav, att separeringen av de fasta ämnena, varigenom den kristalliserade produkten tillvaratages frän den vattenhaltiga massan i steg (d), utförs genom att leda reaktionsmassan innehällande den kristallina produkten tili den främre ändan av ett kontinuerlig, poröst, roterande band och genom att bringa den pä bandet. uppsamlade kristallina produkten i kontakt med en tvätt-vätska, varvid ätminstone en del av tvättvätskan innehäller retur-nerade vätskor, som uppsamlats frän filtratvätskan, som tillvara-tagits närä mitten eller den andra ändan av det kontinuerliga bandet.
