Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för att med hjälp av en ytbeläggning öka hallfastheten för ett tunt glas, vars tjocklek i ätminstone en del av glaset är högst 3 5 mm, kännetecknat därav, att pa glasets yta deponeras med ett självreglerande deponeringsförfarande, fördelaktigt med atomlagerdepositionsförfarande, en ytbeläggningsfilm, som bestär av ätminstone ett lager som bildas av en förening som innehäller ätminstone ett grundämne, i vilken tjockleken av ett enskilt lager som 10 deponeras under en deponeringscykel är under 5 nanometer.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att de deponerade lagrens totala tjocklek, eller ytbeläggningsfilmens tjocklek är under 1000 nanometer.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att 15 de deponerade lagrens totala tjocklek, eller ytbeläggningsfilmens tjocklek är under 100 nanometer.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att ytbeläggningsfilmen innehaller oxid av ätminstone ett grundämne. 20
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknat därav, att ytbeläggningsfilmen innehäller oxid av ätminstone aluminium, zirkonium, sink, kisel eller titan.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att ytbeläggningsfilmen innehäller 25 nitrid av ätminstone ett grundämne.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknat därav, att ytbeläggningsfilmen innehäller nitrid av ätminstone bor, kisel eller aluminium.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, 30 kännetecknat därav, att ytbeläggningsfilmens deponeringstemperatur är lägre än glasets kylningstemperatur.
