Claims (5)

1. Farmaceutisk komposition, kännetecknad av att den omfattar som en aktiv ingrediens (R)-(-)-(E)-[4- 5 (2,4-diklorfenyl)-1,3-ditiolan-2-yliden]-1-imidazolylace- tonitril eller dess farmaceutiskt godtagbara sait i kombi-nation med en farmaceutiskt godtagbar bärare eller diluent .
2. (R)-(-)-(E)-[4-(2,4-diklorfenyl)-1,3-ditiolan-10 2-yliden]-1-imidazolylacetonitril eller dess sait.
3.
