Agente antifúngico, compuesto para el mismo procedimiento para su producción y método para su utilización. Se describen R-(+)-(E)-[4-(2-clorofenil)-1,3- ditiolan-2-ilideno]-1-imidazolilacetonitrilo, R-(-)-(E) -[4-(2,4-diclorofenil)-1,3-ditiolan-2-ilideno]-1-imidazolilacetonitrilo, y sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de ellos que pueden utilizarse como agente farmacéutico. Se describe también un procedimiento para producirlos y un método para tratar micosis utilizándolos.
