Claims (20)
1. Förfarande for framställning av ett ytprotein, som firms i flera stammar av Haemophilus influenzae eller till denna relaterade Haemophilus arter, med en synlig 5 molekylvikt pä 42000 och förmäga att binda mänskligt IgD och som har en DNA sekvens, som beskrivits i figur 9, eller naturligt förekommande eller artificiellt modifierade varianter av denna med samma function som nämnda protein, eller en immunogen eller IgD -bindande del av nämnda protein eller varianter, k ä n n e t e c k n a d därav, att i förfarandet nämnda ytprotein isoleras frän en bakterie cell som 10 uttrycker proteinet och frän odlingsmediet och renas.

Plasmid eller fag, kännetecknad därav, att plasmid eller fag som innehäller en genetisk kod för ett protein av Haemophilus influenzae eller till denna relaterade Haemophilus arter, varvid nämnda protein har en synlig molekylvikt pä 15 42000, förmaga att binda mänskligt IgD och nämnda protein har en DNA sekvens som beskrivits i figur 9, eller för naturligt förekommande eller artificiellt modifierade varianter av denna, med samma function som nämnda protein, eller för en immunogen ' · · ·' eller IgD -bindande del av nämnda protein eller varianter. ;"; 20 3.
