Abstract

Un método de montar un manguito de impresión en un rodillo de impresión, que consiste en preparar un núcleo de rodillo con una superficie exterior que presenta al menos una conicidad parcial y un manguito de impresión con una superficie interior proyectada para encontrarse en ajuste de interferencia con el núcleo en una posición de trabajo designada, mover el manguito sobre el núcleo desde el extremo de menor diámetro de éste, con un extremo de mayor diámetro del manguito por delante, hasta que el manguito y el núcleo se toquen en torno a la circunferencia interior del manguito y éste haya cubierto todas las salidas de gas de la superficie de núcleo, aplicar gas a presión en el interior del manguito desde dichas salidas para gas, de manera que se expanda el manguito radialmente, y mover el manguito mientras está así expandido hasta su posición de trabajo proyectada sobre el núcleo.
