Abstract

Un procedimiento de síntesis de una nanopartícula con núcleo-envoltura, que comprende las etapas de: proporcionar una semilla polimérica en un disolvente, incluyendo la semilla un monómero monovinílico reticulado con un agente de reticulación para formar el núcleo de la nanopartícula, teniendo el núcleo un diámetro medio de aproximadamente 5 nanómetros a aproximadamente 10.000 nanómeros, y teniendo el núcleo cadenas poliméricas 5 con extremos latentes; añadir un estabilizador para estabilizar la semilla y evitar que la semilla precipite en la solución; y injertar y/o polimerizar una especie de la envoltura sobre los extremos latentes del núcleo para formar la envoltura de la nanopartícula.
