SE HA OBTENIDO UN METODO NUEVO DE SOBREMANIFESTACION DE GENES EN PLANTAS. ESTE METODO ESTA BASADO EN LA AMPLIFICACION DE LAS PROPIEDADES DEL RNA DE MAS RAMIFICACIONES DE VIRUS DE RNA DE LAS PLANTAS. UN GEN MULTICISTRONICO QUIMERICO SE CONSTRUYE PROVOCANDO EN LA PLANTA UNA DUPLICACION VIRAL EN ORIGEN, UN MOVIMIENTO VIRAL EN EL GEN DE LA PROTEINA Y UNO O MAS GENES EXTRAÑOS BAJO CONTROL DE PROMOTORES VIRALES SUBGENOMICOS. LAS PLANTAS QUE CONTIENEN UNO O MAS DE ESTOS TRANSCRIPTORES RECOMBINANTES RNA SON INOCULADAS CON UN VIRUS AYUDANTE. EN PRESENCIA DE ESTE VIRUS AYUDANTE, LOS TRANSCRIPTORES RECOMBINANTES SE DUPLICAN PRODUCIENDOSE ALTOS NIVELES DEL GEN EXTRAÑO RNA. LAS SECUENCIAS SE OBTIENEN POR EL ALTO NIVEL DE MANIFESTACION DE LA ENZIMA CLORAMFENICOL ACETILTRANSFERASA EN LAS PLANTAS DE TABACO POR LA DUPLICACION DE LA AMPLIFICACION DEL RNA POR LOS VIRUS AYUDANTES Y LOS MOVIMIENTOS DE LAS PROTEINAS EN LOS GENES DERIVADOS DEL GRUPO TOBAMOVIRUS.
