ESTOS ADORNOS DESTINADOS A RECUBRIR PARCIAL O TOTALMENTE LOS PASTELES QUE DEBEN IR CUBIERTOS Y CON LOS CUALES CONSTITUYEN UN CONJUNTO PERFECTAMENTE HOMOGENEO. DE UNA MANERA MAS CONCRETA LA INVENCION CONSISTE EN REALIZAR UN ADORNO IMPRESO MEDIANTE CINCO CAPAS SUCESIVAS: UNA PRIMERA CAPA DE PAPEL ACIMO IMPRESO, UNA SEGUNDA CAPA DE UN MATERIAL QUE PERMITE MODIFICAR LA TEXTURA DEL PAPEL ACIMO Y LA ADHESION ENTRE LA PRIMERA Y LA TERCERA CAPA. LA TERCERA CAPA ESTA CONSTITUIDA POR UNA MATERIA QUE PERTENECE AL GRUPO PASTA DE ALMENDRA O CHOCOLATE. LA CUARTA CAPA ES EQUIVALENTE A LA SEGUNDA CAPA Y LA QUINTA ES EQUIVALENTE A LA PRIMERA CAPA. GRACIAS A ESTA INNOVACION, UN ADORNO IMPRESO NO DESNATURALIZA EL PASTEL Y PERMANECE BLANDO Y HOMOGENEO.
