Abstract
本发明涉及一种制作可食用饰物的方法,这种方法能再现所有类型的图样,包括彩色图样。该饰物的目的是把要装饰的糕点部分或整个地盖住,并形成一完美的同质整体。更准确地说,本发明在于制作有5个连续层的印制饰物:第一层是印制的食用纸;第二层是改变食用纸的织构并使第一层和第三层粘合的材料;第三层由属于包括杏仁糊、巧克力等一类的材料构成;第四层与第二层一致;第五层与第一层一致。利用这种新方法,印制饰物不会使糕点减色,并能保持柔软和同质。
Description
本发明涉及一种制作可食用饰物的方法,这种方法能再现所有类型的图样,包括彩色图样。该饰物的目的是把糕点部分或整个地盖住,使它们形成一个完美的同质整体。专业人员或民间个体所追求的印制饰物的特征分成几类:柔软和滑腻是使待分糕点在切割时不受饰物妨碍的必要特征;饰物必须增进糕点的味道,而不能减损糕点的味道;饰物必须能承受冷冻,并且解冻后能完好地复原;饰物必须能够与糕点分开销售,并且能够禁得住移动而不会损坏;饰物必须能成千次忠实地、毫末毕现地再现彩色图样;以及,饰物一旦放到糕点上,就必须与糕点形成一个完美的同质整体。现有的印制饰物还不能满足所有这些条件。现有技术采用相当难吃的食用纸和另一层材料。专利号为FR2640473A(POUGHON PHILIPPE)的专利就是仅仅涉及这两层膜,这样,当把食用纸如此地放在另一层物质上时,它会保持一种难吃的硬度,该另一层包括杏仁糊、巧克力、果冻、饼干和冰糖。另外,食用纸还会起皱并自身卷起,而且不能很好地承受冷冻。
专利号为IL79106A(DAVIDOR Y)的专利也只涉及两层:上面印制饰物的“软料混合物”和食用透明涂层。只有当这种混合物足够软,即足够粘,使透明涂层能粘到这层上时,这种方法才是可能的,而在杏仁糊或巧克力材料上不能实现。在软料混合物上制作饰物会在以后的移动、冷冻和室温储藏时出现问题。
专利号为JP48001512B(MAEDA SEIKA KK)的专利只涉及一层食用纸,在其一侧有用食用墨水印制的字。这层直接放到饼干上。该整体必须经过烘焙以使糕点和这一印制层合在一起。在这种情况下,由于食用纸透明,可以通过它看到饼干的颜色。但是,如果没经烘焙,这就不可能了。然而,当饰物准备放在已作成的糕点上时,烘焙是不可能的。
本发明的目的在于解决这些问题。
因此,本发明提出了一种技术,它能忠实地再现色彩图样,也包括大尺寸的,而不会破坏糕点的味道。
更准确地说,本发明在于制作由5个连续层构成的饰物。第一、第二、第三层是达到所要求的主要结果的基础,该结果指柔软、同质、保持质量和味道。第四和第五层给饰物在移动和包装过程中带来方便。从上面部分即饰物的顶部开始,层依次包括:第一层,即上面用食用墨水印制有图样的食用纸;第二层,即属于包括糖浆、多水的底料(base)和顶料(topping)等一类的材料,它具有下列几种用途:使饰物的第一层和第三层很好地粘合,并且使食用纸柔软,由此使食用纸和第三层成为整体;第三层,即属于包括杏仁糊、巧克力等一类的材料。它能事先和二氧化钛混合,这样,二氧化钛可以漂白第三层,使得食用纸层上印制的彩色保持鲜艳。几天以后,饰物各组分一起形成一个跟所期望的结果一致的完美的同质整体。为使饰物明快,第一层食用纸可以覆盖一明亮的透明顶料。
第四层与第二层完全一致,用来把包括第一层、第二层、第三层的饰物组分粘到第五层。第五层由食用纸构成。这种,属于包括杏仁糊、巧克力等一类的材料具有天然的油腻和粘性的第三层,不会跟包装直接接触。于是,饰物可以很方便移动。饰物可方便地从包装中拿走。饰物在真空下包装;或者,在改性的气氛中包装,在这种情况下,用属于包括CO2、氮气和CO2/氮气混合物等一类的一种气体代替大气。发现这种产品能在室温下保存而不会变质。
这些层可用属于下述一类的方法粘在一起,这一类方法包括将机械压力均匀地分布在整个表面,将这些层通过压机的两个辊子之间,将这些层置于压力下。发现这种方法使这些层能互相粘到一块。
饰物可用属于下述一类的方法在负温下冷冻。这一类方法包括机械制冷和低温。发现这种饰物能在-18℃的负温度下保存18个月。
食用纸由丝网工艺(silk screen process)、日光胶版术(heliography)、tempography,通过气刷喷笔印制,或用食用墨水喷嘴的喷射印制。
食用墨水喷嘴的应用包括用食用墨水装填传统喷墨打印机的墨盒。
如果饰物是用墨水喷嘴印制,食用纸张的厚度应为办公喷墨打印机所用普通纸张的最大厚度。墨盒中装填食用墨水,这种食用墨水由水基食用颜料制成。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于所有类型新鲜或冷冻干糕点的食用饰物,包括由食用纸张构成的一层和属于包括杏仁糊、巧克力一类的食用产品层,其特征在于,饰物还具有属于包括糖浆、顶料和含水的底料一类的新材料层,该层能将饰物的其他两层粘在一起,使食用纸更加柔软,并且能形成一个同质的整体;该新材料层放在由食用墨水印制的食用纸层和属于包括杏仁糊、巧克力一类的食用产品层之间,该食用纸层是从饰物顶部开始的第一层,食用产品层是从饰物顶部开始的第三层。
2.如权利要求1的用于所有类型新鲜或冷冻干糕点的印刷食用饰物,其特征在于,该饰物包括从饰物顶部开始的第四层,所述第四层由属于包括糖浆、顶料和含水的底料一类的材料构成;还包括食用纸第五层,该层防止第三层和包装粘到一块,并便于饰物的移动,第三层由属于包括杏仁糊、巧克力一类的材料构成,具有天然的滑腻和粘性。
3.如权利要求1或2的用于所有类型新鲜或冷冻干糕点的印刷食用饰物,其特征在于,由属于包括杏仁糊、巧克力一类的材料构成的第三层和二氧化钛混合,使其能漂白该层,并显出印制在食用纸上的色彩。
4.如权利要求1、2或3的用于所有类型新鲜或冷冻干糕点的印刷食用饰物,其特征在于,由印制的食用纸构成的饰物第一层覆盖有明亮的透明顶料,使饰物明快。
5.如权利要求1、2、3或4的用于所有类型新鲜或冷冻干糕点的印刷食用饰物,其特征在于,饰物在真空下包装;或者,在改性后的气氛中包装,在这种情况下,用属于包括CO2、氮气和CO2/氮气混合物等一类的一种气体代替大气,由此,这种产品能在室温下保存而不会变质。
6.制备如权利要求1、2、3、4或5的用于所有类型新鲜或冷冻干糕点的饰物的方法,其特征在于,这些层可用属于下述一类的方法粘在一起,这一类方法包括将机械压力均匀地分布在整个表面,将这些层通过压机的两个辊子之间,将这些层置于压力下,使这些层能互相粘到一块。

8.制备如权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6或7的用于所有类型新鲜或冷冻干糕点的食用饰物的方法,其特征在于,喷墨印制在于先印制食用纸张,食用纸张的厚度应为办公喷墨打印机所用普通纸张的最大厚度,墨盒中装填水基食用墨水。
