前記ケーキ本体部の側面に前記可食シート部を装着する第3の工程と、

前記ケーキ本体部は、生クリームのみで構成される土台に比べて水分量が少ない材料を用いて構成される土台を有し、
前記水分量が少ない材料は、バター、クリームチーズ、あんこ、ホワイトチョコレート、マロンの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする装飾ケーキの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の装飾ケーキの製造方法において、
