SE SOMETE LA MASA A UN ACONDICIONAMIENTO TERMICO ULTERIOR, DE TAL MANERA QUE LOS CRISTALES DE AZUCAR SE DIFUNDEN EN LAS MICROGOTAS DE AGUA DE LA EMULSION, CUYA ESTRUCTURA PERMANECE INTACTA.
