SE CONTROLAN LAS PROPORCIONES DE INYECCION DE LOS DISTINTOS COMPONENTES PARA CONSEGUIR EL CONTROL DEL AMBIENTE DE OXIDACION Y REDUCCION DENTRO DEL RECIPIENTE CONSISTENTE CON UN RITMO RAPIDO DE INYECCION. EL MATERIAL QUE CONTIENE EL METAL DE ALEACION O SE REDUCE E INCORPORA EN LA FASE METALICA O SE OXIDA E INCORPORA EN LA ESCORIA. LOS GASES DE LA COMBUSTION POR ENCIMA DEL BAÑO DE FUNDICION SE OXIDAN PARA PROPORCIONAR MAS CALOR AL PROCESO. EL METAL DE ALEACION O ESCORIA QUE CONTIENE EL METAL DE ALEACION SE RECUPERA COMO PRODUCTO. EL PROCESO ES APLICABLE A LA PRODUCCION DE FERROALEACIONES TALES COMO FERROCROMO, FERROMANGANESO, FERRONIQUEL Y FERROVANADIO.
