첨부한 도면에서:제1도는 본 발명에 따른 바나듐첨가제로서 사용된 화학적으로 제조한 V2O3을 100X배 확대한 현미경사진.

Claims (3)

  1. (a) 전기로에 용융합금강을 성형하고; (b) 전기로에서 이송 래들속으로 용융강을 따르고; (c) 이송 래들로부터 AOD용기속으로 용융강을 운반하고; (d) 필수적으로 화학적으로 제조되고, 실질적으로 순수한 V2O3로 구성되는 바나듐 첨가제를 전기로, 이송래들 또는 AOD용기속의 용융강에 가하고, (e) CaO/SiO2의 중량비가 1 또는 1보다 큰 CaO 및 SiO2를 함유하고, AOD용기속에서 용융강을 피복하는 슬래그를 발생시키고; (f) 알루미늄 및 실리콘 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 산화할 수 있는 금속을 AOD용기속의 용융강에 가하고; 그리고 (g) 용융강과 접촉하는 환원대기를 연속적으로 공급하도록 기체상태의 혼합물에 아르곤 또는 질소대 산소의 일정비율로 AOD용기속에 아르곤 또는 질소 또는 이들 모두와 산소의 기체상태의 혼합물을 주입함을 특징으로 하는 합금강의 제조공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬래그의 CaO/SiO2의 중량비가 약 1.3 내지 1.8임을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산화할 수 있는 금속은 산화반응으로 용융강을 강-제조온도로 유지할 수 있는 양으로 가해짐을 특징으로 하는 공정.
