Claims (12)
- 컨버어러형 반응용기내에 0.05 내지 1%의 탄소를 함유하는 용융 금속을 준비하는 단계와 : 0.05내지 1.0(N㎥/min/T: 는 1톤의 용융금속을 나타냄)의 비율로 교반 개스와, 산소 개스를 용융금속에 주입하는동시에 철광석과 석탄을 용융 금속에 연속장입하여 철광석을 환원시키는 단계와 ; 생성된 용강과 슬랙을 배출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 환원제련을 통한 제강방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용융 금속을 준비하는 단계는 용선을 탈탄하기 위해 용선위에 산소 개스를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용융 금속을 준비하는 단계는 0.05 내지 0.7%의 탄소를 함유하는 용융 금속을 준비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 교반 개스를 주입하는 단계를 반응 용기의 저부에 있는 한 세트의 인입구를 통해교반개스를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 교반 개스는 아르곤, 질소, 산소 그리고 반응 용기에서 생성된 공정 개스로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소한 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제강방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 교반 개스를 주입하는 단계는 0.1 내지 1.0 (N㎥/min/T)의 비율로 교반개스를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배출하는 단계는 생성된 용융 금속과 슬랙을 연속적으로 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강방법.
