Definitions

  • the invention relates to a door fitting with a handle that can be locked on one side, with at least one rosette for contact with a door leaf and with a shaft element for forming an operative connection with the locking mechanism of a lock unit inserted into the door leaf, and wherein an adapter element is inserted in a neck section of the handle and which is accommodated on the shaft element.
  • Door sets with a handle that can be locked on one side are used in particular for the interior doors of a building, for example for doors in sanitary rooms.
  • the door sets have two handles, one of which is located on each side of a door leaf when they are attached to a door leaf.
  • door sets that can be locked on one side are designed in such a way that one-sided locking of one or both handles of the door set can be achieved on only one side in conjunction with a handle, but the possibility must be retained on the opposite side of the arrangement of a control element for the locking. to release the lock and use the locked handle to open the door, for example in an emergency.
  • a locking means is provided, which can be brought into a locking position by means of manual operation and through which the handle can be rotationally blocked on a rosette.
  • the DE 20 2013 011573 U1 does not disclose an adapter element that is inserted into a neck section of the handle and that is received on the shaft element.
  • the EP 3 067 491 B1 discloses a door fitting with a handle that can be locked on one side, and the door fitting has rosettes on both sides for opposing contact with a door leaf and there is a shaft element for forming an operative connection with the Locking mechanism in a GRW018PWOEP lock unit installed in the door leaf intended. Both handles are accommodated on the shaft element, and an operating element for generating a locking position of at least one of the handles interacts directly with the locking mechanism of the lock unit in that an actuating element protrudes from the rosette of the door fitting and is pressed axially into the rosette in a longitudinal axis and out of it can be pulled out again.
  • the locking mechanism is designed with a split nut, with a shaft element of a first handle interacting with a first part of the nut and a second shaft element with a second handle interacting with a second part of the nut.
  • the parts of the nut can be coupled to one another or separated from one another again. This means that the actual locking mechanism can only be activated with one of the two handles.
  • the door fitting has an actuating element which can be rotated in its longitudinal axis to lock the handle, whereby the handle movement of the handle can be blocked and then released again when the actuating element is turned back.
  • the known versions of door fittings with a handle that can be locked on one side are made with a large number of individual parts and are therefore complex to manufacture and assemble.
  • the well-known door sets are prone to errors and are caused by the A large number of individual parts can cause the locking means to fail.
  • the door sets cannot be combined with every commercially available version of a lock unit, since the locking mechanism of the lock unit or the external dimensions of the lock unit must be adapted to the special one-sided lockable door set.
  • the door fitting should be able to maintain a simple and unpretentious design without separate operating elements in addition to the handle being directly perceived as additional components of the handle.
  • the invention includes the teaching that a locking means is accommodated in or on the neck section of the handle, which can be brought into a locking position by means of a manual actuation, in which the handle can be rotationally blocked on the rosette by means of the locking means.
  • handles are known that are L-shaped and include a handle section and an angled neck section, the handle section being used for manual operation and the neck section extending approximately transversely to the handle section in the same longitudinal axis as the shaft element that holds the door leaf and so that the lock unit also moves through.
  • a particular advantage is that the handle can be locked independently of the lock unit.
  • different door thicknesses can be covered with a difference in thickness of, for example, 9mm (exemplified with a thickness of 35mm to 44mm), without additional components or special assembly.
  • a rosette forms one or more components that are mounted in, on or in front of the door leaf in front of the lock case.
  • the handle can be locked on a flat rosette, for example with a thickness of 2mm to 3mm; the rosette can alternatively or additionally be designed as a screw rosette, a clip rosette or another rosette.
  • the handle and finally the locking means can also be locked, for example, in a glass door lock case if the rosette or an equivalent component, in particular for rotatably receiving the neck section of the handle, is integrated in the lock case housing or is designed as a part of the same.
  • the rosette can be designed in several parts, wherein the locking of the locking means can take place in or on only one component of the multi-part rosette.
  • Another advantageous aspect of the door fitting according to the invention lies in the minimalist design and by reducing the number of components it is possible to make the entire locking mechanism so small that it is not visible anywhere except for the control element and the visible substructure, such as the rosette, only needs to be be designed with an exemplary thickness of 2 mm.
  • the locking means is to be accommodated in or on the neck section in such a way that it can be moved into and out of a locking position, so that the locking means can rotationally block the handle on the rosette in the locking position.

  • the rosette has receiving openings for the handles, in which the neck section of the handles is rotatably received and/or stored with the end side.
  • the rosette can also be made up of several parts and have a reinforcing element as the base body, which is mounted on the door leaf and which is provided with an external cover, which is also understood here as part of the rosette.
  • the adapter element serves in particular as an intermediate element between the shaft element and the handle, and the neck section can be made hollow, so that the adapter element is accommodated in the neck section of the handle in a rotationally fixed manner.
  • the mobility of the locking means does not necessarily have to be in the longitudinal axis, and it is also conceivable to connect the locking means to the neck section of the handle or to accommodate it in the neck section in such a way that it can be activated by a rotary movement in the longitudinal axis or by a pressure movement running transversely to the longitudinal axis can create the locking of the handle on the rosette.
  • the locking means can be accommodated both in or on the neck section itself and in or on the adapter element.
  • the locking means is particularly advantageously formed by means of a carriage element which is movably received in or on the adapter element.

  • the design of the locking means as a slide element is suitable, which is slidably guided in or on the adapter element or at least within the neck section becomes.
  • the carriage element can then be moved manually so that it is advanced towards the rosette in order to lock the adapter element and thus also the handle on the rosette and the carriage element can be manually retracted in order to release the rotational mobility of the handle about the longitudinal axis again.
  • the carriage element is movably guided in or on the adapter element parallel to or with the longitudinal axis of the shaft element, because then the carriage element can be moved manually into and out of the locking position.

  • the opening is advantageously designed to be elongated, extending in the longitudinal axis, for example as a slot or as a link, and the operating element can be a pin, a projecting pin or be a flat sliding button which can be operated from the outside of the neck section and thus manual mobility of the locking means can be achieved, in particular if the locking means is designed as a slide element.
  • the operating element is designed as a sliding button, it can essentially completely cover the opening in the neck section, and if the operating element is designed as a sliding pin, as a sliding pin, as a sliding pin or as another slidingly movable shaft, the width of the elongated opening can correspond to the diameter or the width of the correspond to the control element.
