Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an oven with an oven muffle, on which at least one pull-out guide is arranged, each of which has a stationary guide rail and a movable running rail, with two side rails with at least one receptacle for a food support being held on the running rail, which is located between the two opposite ones Is arranged side rails, the side rails are formed in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the pull-out guides shorter than the food support, the side rails comprise a plurality of horizontal bars, each forming receptacles for the food support.
  • baking trolleys are known, on both sides or according to the DE 10 2005 019 956 A1 are arranged unilaterally.
  • a food carrier can be securely fixed to a receptacle, with the problem here too that when the food carrier is removed, the baking trolley protrudes comparatively far from the oven muffle and poses a risk of injury.
  • the food support can only be removed from the front, since the side rails extend over the entire length of the food support. If the baking trolley is arranged on one side, the food support must be lifted out of the holder from the other side. This requires a great deal of effort with heavily loaded food carriers.
  • the baking trolley is arranged on two sides, the food to be cooked can only be checked from the front when the food support is fully extended, which means that the food can cool down again and the user is exposed to the hot air escaping from the oven.
  • DE 75 05 695 U discloses an oven with a muffle, the opening of which can be closed by a door.
  • a baking and roasting tray is in on the side the muffle arranged and towards the inside of the door inclined extending guide rails and formed by profile carriers, which are placed on U-profile rails.
  • profile carriers which are placed on U-profile rails.
  • Several wire brackets are arranged one above the other in the profile supports to accommodate slide-in parts.
  • DE 25 08 005 A1 and DE 77 08 782 U1 a similar oven is disclosed in each case.
  • the DE 42 36 740 A1 discloses a baking oven with a muffle on which a swing-out articulated linkage for releasably receiving at least one cooking support is mounted in the ceiling area.
  • the articulated linkage includes holders that are slidably mounted in the direction of the depth of the muffle.
  • DE 38 15 440 A1 discloses a telescopic slide-in device for accommodating food supports for baking ovens with several baking or roasting levels one above the other, which can be moved in and out of the baking chamber via rails mounted so as to be longitudinally displaceable and with roller guides.
  • the baking oven according to the invention comprises a food support which is held on opposite sides on side rails which are mounted such that they can be moved via a pull-out guide.
  • the side rails are shorter than the food support in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the pull-out guides, so that when the food support is pulled out, the side rails protrude less from the oven muffle than the food support.
  • the risk of components protruding from the oven muffle can be reduced and, at the same time, improved access to the food and the food support can be achieved.
  • This makes it possible to ergonomically grip the food support on both sides and remove it without great effort. Also checking the food from the side, without contact with the outflowing hot air of the oven is possible through the oven according to the invention.
  • the food support can be arranged in a middle pull-out position with a front section protruding on the oven muffle, while the two side grilles are still completely arranged in the oven muffle.
  • the food support can protrude slightly from the oven muffle, so that the food on the food support can be checked during preparation or the food support can be removed from the side rails without the side rails protruding from the oven muffle and pose a risk of injury.
  • the side rail can remain in this position until at least one food support is picked up again and does not have to be touched when it is hot.
  • the food support is at least 20%, in particular at least 30%, longer in the longitudinal direction than the side rail.
  • the side grille can have, for example, 20% to 80% of the length of the food support in the longitudinal direction.
  • latching means are provided which latch the side rail in a maximum extended position.
  • the latching means can be provided on the pull-out guide, on the side rail or on another component.
  • the latching means are preferably formed by resilient metal webs or other latching devices which have certain holding forces in order to prevent the side rail from accidentally moving into the latched position.
  • the side rail can be locked in a central extended position, which is located between the retracted position and the maximum extended position. In the middle pull-out position, the side rail is preferably still arranged completely inside the oven muffle, and a front section of the food support protrudes from the oven muffle.
  • the side rail can be arranged hanging on the pull-out guide on at least one side, preferably on both sides.
  • the stationary guide rail can be arranged above a movable running rail of the pull-out guide.
  • the pull-out guide is arranged in an upper area that is less accessible for children is.
  • the running rail can also be arranged above the guide rail.
  • the pull-out guides In order to be able to move the food support preferably completely in front of the oven muffle, the pull-out guides have a pull-out extending center rail between the stationary guide rail and the running rail.
  • the running rails and/or the side rails can also be connected to one another via synchronization means in order to ensure a uniform extension movement.
  • an edge of the food support can be arranged between two horizontal bars on at least one side rail.
  • a projection projecting downwards on the upper bar can ensure that the food support is fixed in place so that it cannot tip over.
  • the running rail can be at least 10% shorter in the longitudinal direction than the guide rail. Then, when the food support has been removed, the side rails and also the running rails can remain arranged inside the baking oven muffle in a central pull-out position, so that a door of the baking oven can be closed.
  • the pull-out guide is shifted between a completely pushed-in state and a pulled-out state in which the front end of the running rail does not protrude beyond the front end of the guide rail.
  • the side rail is located inside the oven in both positions and the door can always be closed, even when the rail or side rail is in the front position, if no food support is attached. After removing the food rack, you don't have to touch the hot pull-out guide to close the door, as is usually necessary.
  • At least one spring element is provided between the baking oven muffle and the baking tray, which prestresses the baking tray in the opening direction when the baking oven is in a closed position.
  • the spring element does not have to be attached directly to the oven muffle and the food support, but can also be provided via the interposition of other components in order to prestress the food support in the opening direction.
  • the spring element can act on a synchronization means between the two pull-out guides or on a side rail in a detachable or non-detachable manner.
  • the pull-out movement generated by the spring element can be, for example, in a range between 2 cm and 30 cm, in particular 5 cm and 20 cm.
  • the spring element can be designed, for example, as a bending spring that is detachably connected to the food support.

  • a pull-out guide 6 on a side wall 3, which is fixed with a stationary guide rail 7 on the side wall 3 or the ceiling 5.
  • an extension-extending center rail 8 is held so that it can move, on which a running rail 9 can move, with the moveable mounting preferably taking place via rolling elements.
  • the running rail 9 is shorter in the longitudinal direction of the pull-out guide 6 than the guide rail 7 and the middle rail 8, in particular by more than 10%, preferably more than 20% shorter.
  • a side rail 10 is held on the running rail 9 and has vertical posts 11 between which horizontal bars 12 run.
  • the side rail 10 can be attached to the running rail 9 in a non-detachable manner, for example by welding, or detachably, for example by means of clips, locking means, screws or other detachable fastening means.
