Definitions

  • the invention relates to a suspension grid for a device, in particular for a household appliance, in particular for an oven.
  • suspension grids are already known. They have vertical support bars on which horizontal support bar pairs are attached.
  • the horizontal support bar pairs serve to receive food supports, such as baking trays, which can be inserted between the support bars of a pair.
  • These pull-out rails comprise a guide rail, on which a running rail is guided longitudinally displaceable. Between the guide rail and the running rail one or more intermediate rails can be guided longitudinally displaceable.
  • Such pull-out rails can according to the proposal of DE 20 2009 003 045 U1 be releasably secured by means of a clip. As a result, however, the insertion height of the food support can change, whereby the cooking behavior can be adversely affected.
  • the DE 20 2007 006 386 U1 also shows a Ein feelinggitter for ovens, on the vertical supports Auszugsschienen are suspended in different heights.
  • the vertical beams are formed as a U-profile and have different shaped recesses so that the pull-out rails can not be installed upside down.
  • the pull-out rails on the vertical support bars of the hook-in grid not releasably secure. Then, however, the assembly of the suspension grid with support rod pairs and pullout guides must already be taken into account in the production of the carrier grid and finally determined. Retrofitting or changing one or more levels is no longer possible. If something is to be changed on the suspension grid, the complete suspension grid must be removed and replaced with another one, which causes high costs. If a pull-out rail made of stainless steel is to be welded on, the suspension grid must also be made of stainless steel, which can further increase the costs compared to chromium-plated steel suspension lattices. If you do not use pull-out rails, the poor sliding behavior of the food carriers, which are usually made of enameled sheet metal, must be taken into account.
  • the present invention seeks to propose a Einitatigitter of the type specified, which is versatile changeable.
  • the Ein yogagitter for a device in particular for a baking oven, includes vertical support bars to which horizontal support bars are not releasably attached.
  • horizontal support rod pairs are not releasably attached to the vertical support rods.
  • one or more horizontal support rod pairs and / or one or more guide rails of horizontal pull-out rails are releasably attached to the vertical support bars.
  • either one or more horizontal support rod pairs and / or one or more guide rails of horizontal pull-out rails can be releasably attached. If necessary, a pair of horizontal support bars can be removed and replaced with a pull-out rail, and vice versa.
  • the vertical support bars may have a round profile or a U-profile. Other types of profiles are possible.
  • the stability of the suspension grid is provided by one or more horizontal support bars or horizontal support bar pairs which are non-releasably attached to the vertical support bars. If horizontal support rod pairs are permanently connected to the vertical support rods, the carrier rods required for stability can also be used as a storage option for food support. It is advantageous if the fixed pairs of support rods are mounted in rather rarely used insertion heights.
  • a support rod pair or a pullout guide are releasably attached at least one point.
  • the support bar pairs and pull-out rails can replace each other.
  • positioning elements are attached to the vertical support bars.
  • the positioning elements can be configured as balls.

  • the resilient clip is preferably C-shaped. It preferably encloses the vertical support bar.
  • the horizontal support bar pair has a holder with a recess for the rear positioning element.

  • the first leg 93 and the second leg 95 are parallel to each other and at a distance from each other. They face away from the base surface 94 in the same direction.
  • the first leg 93 has a tongue 96 at its rear end.
  • the tongue 96 extends in the vertical direction.
  • the height of the tongue 96 is the same or slightly smaller than the height of the side opening 76 of the receiving slot 74.
  • a locking spring 97 is provided on the first leg 93 of the front holder 77.
  • the locking spring 97 is formed by a fold of the first leg 93. It runs in the horizontal direction to the outside.
  • the tongue 91 of the rear holder 78 is inserted into the receiving slot 75 'in the rear vertical support bar 7. Thereafter, the front end of the horizontal pull-out rail 21 can be pivoted toward the base surface 71 of the front vertical support bar 7. In the further course of this pivoting movement, the tongue 96 of the front holder 77 penetrates into the lateral opening 76 in the front vertical support bar 6. Thereafter, the front end of the horizontal extension rail 21 can be moved downward so that the vertically extending tongue 96 of the front holder 77 penetrates from above into the receiving slot 74. At the end of this movement, the lower end of the tongue 96 rests on the lower end of the receiving slot 74. As a result, the vertical forces generated by the food support and the food to be cooked, recorded.
  • this horizontal extension rail 21 can also be used in parallel, since the receiving slot 75 'is formed in the rear vertical support rod 7 as a recess on the outer edge of the front leg 72.
  • the locking spring 97 engages the upper edge 98 of the side opening 76 and locks the front holder 77 and thus the horizontal pull-out rail 21. By this lock, the front end of the horizontal pull-out rail 21 is not be moved up more. The front pull-out rail is secured against accidental removal.
  • a handle 99 is provided at the end of the first leg 93 of the front holder 77.
  • the handle 99 is formed as a vertically extending surface. It has bends 100 at its upper and lower ends. The bends 100 are directed outward. They are facing each other.
  • the handle 99 is moved inward, so the interior 2 of the oven 1 until the locking spring 97 is completely moved out of the side opening 76 and the upper edge 98 is no longer applied to the upper end surface of the locking spring 97.
  • the front end of the horizontal pull-out rail 21 can be moved upward until the tongue 96 of the front holder 77 has been completely moved out of the receiving slot 74. In this position, the tongue 96 can be moved out of the lateral opening 76 by a pivoting or parallel movement of the horizontal pull-out rail 21 and completely released.
