Claims (15)

  1. Four de cuisson comprenant au moins une paire de rails de guidage (10) pour recevoir et supporter une plaque à pâtisserie ou une grille de cuisson dans une cavité de four (32) dudit four de cuisson, dans lequel
    - le rail de guidage (10) comprend une tige supérieure (12) et une tige inférieure (14),
    - la tige supérieure (12) et la tige inférieure (14) sont disposées parallèlement l'une à l'autre,
    - le rail de guidage (10) comprend deux éléments de retenue (16, 18) interconnectant la tige supérieure (12) et la tige inférieure (14), et dans lequel
    - les éléments de retenue (16, 18) comprennent dans chaque cas au moins un évidement engageable ou engagé avec un élément de fixation (22) attaché à une paroi latérale (20) de la cavité du four (32), de manière à ce que
    - le rail de guidage (10) puisse être attaché aux éléments de fixation (22) au niveau de la paroi latérale (20) de la cavité du four (32) et être enlevé de ceux-ci,
    - la tige supérieure (12) et la tige inférieure (14) pouvant être disposées horizontalement au niveau de la paroi latérale (20) de la cavité du four (32), et
    - un rebord latéral de la plaque à pâtisserie ou de la grille de cuisson pouvant être disposé entre la tige supérieure (12) et la tige inférieure (14),
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments de fixation (22) sont attachés de manière amovible ou permanente comme une matrice à chacune des parois latérales opposées (20) de la cavité du four (32), les éléments de fixation (22) étant disposés à différents niveaux de la cavité du four (32), tandis qu'au moins deux éléments de fixation (22) sont disposés à chaque niveau d'une paroi latérale (20).
  2. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    le rail de guidage (10) comprend un élément de retenue avant (16) et un élément de retenue arrière (18), l'élément de retenue avant (16) interconnectant des parties avant de la tige supérieure (12) et de la tige inférieure (14), tandis que l'élément de retenue arrière (18) interconnecte des parties arrière de la tige supérieure (12) et de la tige inférieure (14).
  3. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins un, de préférence deux, des éléments de retenue (16, 18) comprend une feuille pouvant être disposée parallèlement à la paroi latérale (20) de la cavité du four (32).
  4. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'évidement de l'élément de retenue (16, 18) comporte une partie plus grande et une partie plus petite, la partie plus grande étant prévue pour recevoir l'élément de fixation (22), tandis que la partie plus petite est prévue pour s'engager avec ledit élément de fixation (22), l'évidement de l'élément de retenue (16, 18) étant formé de préférence comme un trou de serrure, la partie plus petite étant disposée au-dessus de la partie plus grande.
  5. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les évidements de deux éléments de retenue (16, 18) sont formés comme des trous longs, les axes longitudinaux des trous longs des deux éléments de retenue (16, 18) étant disposés de préférence perpendiculairement l'un à l'autre.
  6. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rail de guidage (10) comprend au moins une butée anti-retrait (24), cette butée anti-retrait (24) étant formée comme une bosse dans la tige supérieure (12).
  7. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rail de guidage (10) comporte a moins une butée d'extrémité (26), ladite butée d'extrémité (26) étant disposée de préférence à une extrémité arrière du rail de guidage (10) et entre la tige supérieure (12) et la tige inférieure (14).
  8. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la tige supérieure (12) et la tige inférieure (14) sont formées comme une barre en forme de U, le joint incurvé de ladite barre en forme de U formant l'extrémité arrière du rail de guidage (10), et en ce que le joint incurvé de ladite barre en forme de U forme de préférence la butée d'extrémité (26) du rail de guidage (10).
  9. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rail de guidage (10) comprend une seule tige supérieure (12) et une seule tige inférieure (14), la butée d'extrémité (26) étant formée de préférence par une courbure à une extrémité arrière de la seule tige supérieure (12) et/ou de la seule tige inférieure (14).
  10. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rail de guidage (10) est fait en métal, la tige supérieure (12) et la tige inférieure (14) étant soudées de préférence au niveau des éléments de retenue (16, 18) .
  11. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    ce four de cuisson comprend un ensemble de rails de guidage (10) comprenant au moins une paire des rails de guidage (10), les rails de guidage (10) d'une paire étant symétriques l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  12. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,

  14. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de fixation (22) comprend une gorge circonférentielle (28) enfermant partiellement ou complètement ledit élément de fixation (22), ladite gorge circonférentielle (28) étant engageable ou engagée avec l'évidement de l'élément de retenue (16, 18), la gorge circonférentielle (28) s'étendant de préférence parallèlement à la paroi latérale (20) de la cavité du four (32).
  15. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de fixation (22) est soudé, rivé et/ou vissé au niveau de la paroi latérale (20) de la cavité du four (32), le raccordement entre l'élément de fixation (22) et la paroi latérale (20) de la cavité du four (32) étant étanche, en particulier étanche à l'air.
