  • the stiffness of the front metal plate 12 and the rear metal plate 14 avoids surely any spark generation, even when the side grid elements 10 carry the allowed maximum number and weight of food trays.
  • the vertical recess 20, the horizontal recess 22 and/or the key hole 40 and the corresponding holding elements 32 and 34 or holding device may be adapted to be engaged with each other by a sufficient friction. This avoids effectively any unintentional change of the distance between the metal plates 12 and 14 and the metal side wall 36 of the oven cavity, so that no spark generation occurs. Further, said sufficient friction avoids any unintentional disengagement of the frontal part of the side grid element 10, i.e. disengagement of the vertical recess 20 from the holding element 32, when pulling out a tray with a downward tilting movement.
  • FIG 12 illustrates a front view of the side grid element 10 arranged at the metal side wall 36 of the oven cavity according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.

Claims (14)

  1. Système de grille latérale conçu pour supporter un ou plusieurs supports coulissants de produit alimentaire, le système de grille latérale comprenant une paire d'éléments de grille latérale (10) et au moins quatre éléments de support (32, 34), chaque élément de grille latérale (10) pouvant être fixé par au moins deux éléments de support (32, 34) au niveau d'une des deux parois latérales métalliques opposées (36) de la cavité de four, les éléments de support (32, 34) pouvant être fixés de façon permanente ou amovible aux parois latérales métalliques (36) d'une cavité de four, chaque élément de grille latérale (10) comprenant une plaque métallique avant (12) et une plaque métallique arrière (14) qui s'étendent essentiellement le long de la hauteur verticale (hv) de l'élément de grille latérale (10), l'élément de grille latérale (10) comprenant une pluralité de sections de tige allongées horizontales (18) interconnectant la plaque métallique avant (12) et la plaque métallique arrière (14), les sections de tige allongées horizontales (18) de chaque élément de grille latérale (10) étant disposées l'une sur l'autre dans ledit élément de grille latérale (10), la plaque métallique avant (12) pouvant venir au contact d'au moins un élément de support avant (32) par un déplacement essentiellement vertical le long d'un plan défini par la plaque métallique avant (12), et la plaque métallique arrière (14) pouvant venir au contact d'au moins un élément de support arrière (34) par un déplacement essentiellement horizontal le long d'un plan défini par la plaque métallique arrière (14),
    le système étant caractérisé en ce que :
    le système de grille latérale est conçu pour être utilisé dans une cavité de four d'un four à micro-ondes ou d'un four ayant une fonction de chauffage par micro-ondes, la plaque métallique avant (12) et la plaque métallique arrière (14) étant conçues pour maintenues de façon stable à une distance sans risque d'étincelles de la paroi latérale métallique de cavité (36) à laquelle la formation d'étincelles électriques pendant le fonctionnement en micro-ondes du four est évitée par respectivement un unique élément de support avant (32) ou un unique élément de support arrière (34) constitué d'un matériau électriquement isolant, la plaque métallique avant (12) et la plaque métallique arrière (14) comprenant un évidement (20, 22), une découple (40) ou une encoche en trou de serrure (40) conçue pour une interaction d'appui avec l'unique élément de support avant ou arrière (32, 34), et ledit évidement (20, 22), ladite découpe (40) ou ladite encoche en trou de serrure (40) étant formée au milieu de la hauteur verticale (hv) de ladite plaque métallique avant (12) ou de ladite plaque métallique arrière (14).
  2. Système de grille latérale selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la plaque métallique avant (12) et/ou la plaque métallique arrière (14) ont une rigidité permettant à ladite ou auxdites plaques métalliques (12, 14) d'être tenues respectivement par ledit unique élément de support avant (32) ou par ledit unique élément de support arrière (34) à ladite distance sans risque de la paroi latérale métallique de cavité (36).
  3. Système de grille latérale selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le système étant caractérisé en ce que :
    au moins un, de préférence les deux, des uniques éléments de support avant et arrière (32, 34) est constitué d'un matériau céramique et/ou de Teflon, et est dimensionné pour définir ladite distance sans risque d'étincelles entre la plaque métallique (12, 14) et la paroi latérale métallique (36) de la cavité de four.
  4. Système de grille latérale selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le système étant caractérisé en ce que :
    au moins un des éléments de support avant et arrière (32, 34) comprend une plaque de support (44) et un boulon de support (46), la plaque de support (44) étant dimensionnée pour définir la distance sans risque d'étincelles entre la plaque métallique (12, 14) et la paroi latérale métallique (36) de la cavité de four, et le boulon de support (46) pouvant venir au contact de l'évidement (20, 22), de la découpe (40) ou de l'encoche en trou de serrure (40) de la plaque métallique avant ou arrière (12, 14) correspondante.
  5. Système de grille latérale selon la revendication 4,
    le système étant caractérisé en ce que :
    le boulon de support (46) est conçu pour pénétrer dans un orifice de la plaque de support (44) et pour s'introduire dans un orifice (48) de la paroi latérale métallique (36) de la cavité de four.
  6. Système de grille latérale selon la revendication 4 ou 5,
    le système étant caractérisé en ce que :
    la plaque de support (44) et le boulon de support (46) sont constitués chacun d'au moins un matériau électriquement isolant,
    la plaque de support (44) étant de préférence en Teflon et le boulon de support (46) étant de préférence en céramique.
  7. Système de grille latérale selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel la plaque de support (44) est constituée d'un matériau électriquement isolant et le boulon de support (46) est en métal, et le boulon de support (46) peut venir au contact d'un moyen de fixation (47), par exemple un écrou fileté (47), pour fixer le boulon de support (46) en appui contre la face extérieure (50) de la paroi latérale métallique de cavité (36), le moyen de fixation (47) étant conçu pour venir en butée de façon appropriée contre la face extérieure (50) de la paroi latérale métallique de cavité (36) afin de former un piège à ondes notablement efficace contre les micro-ondes qui migrent le long du boulon de support (46).
  8. Système de grille latérale selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le système étant caractérisé en ce que :
    la plaque métallique arrière (14) comprend au moins un évidement horizontal (22), un côté ouvert dudit évidement horizontal (22) étant dirigé vers l'arrière, de sorte que la plaque métallique arrière (14) soit en contact ou puisse venir en contact avec l'au moins un élément de support arrière (34) par un déplacement vers l'arrière de l'élément de grille latérale (10), et/ou la plaque métallique avant (12) comprend au moins un évidement vertical (20), un côté ouvert dudit évidement vertical (20) étant dirigé vers le bas, de sorte que la plaque métallique avant (12) soit en contact ou puisse venir en contact avec l'au moins un élément de support avant (32) par un déplacement vers le bas de l'élément de grille latérale (10).
  9. Système de grille latérale selon la revendication 8,
    le système étant caractérisé en ce que :
    la plaque métallique avant (12) comprend au moins une découpe, se présentant de préférence sous la forme d'une encoche en trou de serrure (40), une région inférieure de ladite découpe étant plus grande qu'une région supérieure de ladite découpe, de sorte que la plaque métallique avant (12) soit en contact ou puisse venir en contact avec l'au moins un élément de support avant (32) par un déplacement vers le bas de l'élément de grille latérale (10).
  10. Système de grille latérale selon la revendication 8 ou 9,
    le système étant caractérisé en ce que :
    l'élément de grille latérale (10) peut être fixé en mettant d'abord en contact la plaque métallique arrière (14) avec l'au moins un élément de support arrière (34), puis en mettant en contact la plaque métallique avant (12) avec l'au moins un élément de support avant (32).
  11. Système de grille latérale selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le système étant caractérisé en ce que :
    au moins deux sections de tige allongées horizontales (18) sont constituées d'une seule pièce, la pluralité de sections de tige allongées horizontales (18) d'un élément de grille latérale (10) étant en particulier formée par au moins une tige en serpentin (16), la tige en serpentin (16) étant constituée d'une seule pièce.
  12. Système de grille latérale selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le système étant caractérisé en ce que :
    les sections de tige allongées horizontales (18) sont disposées par paires les unes sur les autres, deux sections de tige allongées horizontales (18) voisines formant un rail de guidage pour le support de produit alimentaire, une butée de retrait (26) pour le support de produit alimentaire étant de préférence formée sous la forme d'un gauchissement (26) dans une section de tige allongée horizontale supérieure (18) du rail de guidage, et/ou une butée d'extrémité (28) pour le support de produit alimentaire étant formée par une courbure entre deux sections de tige allongées horizontales (18) d'un rail de guidage dans l'extrémité arrière desdites sections de tige allongées horizontales (18), un chanfrein (30) étant en particulier formé dans une partie avant de la section de tige allongée horizontale supérieure (18) du rail de guidage, de sorte que la distance entre les sections de tige allongées horizontales (18) d'un rail de guidage soit augmentée à l'extrémité avant dudit rail de guidage.
  13. Système de grille latérale selon la revendication 12,
    le système étant caractérisé en ce que :
    un autre chanfrein (42) est formé dans une partie avant de la section de tige allongée horizontale inférieure (18) du rail de guidage, de sorte que la distance entre les sections de tige allongées horizontales (18) d'un rail de guidage soit augmentée à l'extrémité avant dudit rail de guidage.
  14. Four à micro-ondes ou four ayant une fonction de chauffage par micro-ondes,
    le four étant caractérisé en ce que :
    le four comprend un système de grille latérale selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13.
