Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明の目的は高周波加熱装置において均一かつ安定な
加熱状態が得られるようにする事にある。
従来より加熱室の大きさは被加熱物の大きさとの関係で
加熱状態の安定性に大きなかかわりをもつている事が知
られている。
例えば加熱室内の電波の波長は被加熱物を加熱室内に入
れる事によりλ工７（λ：実効波長、Ｅ：被加熱物の誘
電率）の関係にて実効波長が変化する。すなわち加熱状
態が変化するわけである。ここで被加熱物の大きさにく
らべて加熱室の大きさが小さい場合、上記のような関係
に従つて被加熱物がある場合とない場合では加熱室内の
電波の状態が極端に変化する。また被加熱物のわずかな
量や種類の変化によつても加熱室内の電波の状態は大幅
に変化する。このため均一な加熱状態を得ようとしても
非常に不安定なものである。一方被加熱物の大きさに比
べて加熱室の大きさが大きい場合、被加熱物の多少の量
や種類の変化は加熱室内の電波の状態にあまり大きな変
化をもたらさず、従つて被加熱物の量や種類にかかわら
ず均一な加熱状態が得られる。
しカル従来このことはあまり積極的には利用されていな
かつた。それはオープンが必要以上に大きくなることは
スペースの問題やコストの点で非常に不利となるからで
ある。本発明は加熱室の大きさにおけるこの性質を有効
に利用したもので、以下その実施例について説明する。
第１図〜第３図は本発明の一実施例を示し、図中１は加
熱室、２は加熱室１を開閉する風体で、レール部３にて
開閉自在に保持されている。
４は被加熱物５及び受皿６を載置して回転する加熱ムラ
の改善を目的とする回転載置台で、例えばＳＵＳ３０４
のごとき磁気透過性の金属材料よりなる底板７に保持さ
れている。
８はモーターでベルト９を介してプーリ−１０を軸１１
のまわりて回転させている。
プーリ−１０及び回転載置台４にはそれぞれローラー１
２、１３、磁石１４、１５が設けられており、ＳＵＳ３
０４のごとき磁気透過性の金属材料によつて構成された
加熱室底部１６及び底板７をへだてて上記磁石１４、１
５が相互に作用し合つてプーリ−１０の回転が回転載置
台４に伝えられて回転載置台４も回転する。底板７はそ
の一端を絶縁材１７を介して加熱室１の壁面の一部をな
す風体２の内面に固定され、他端は絶縁材よりなるロー
ラー１８によつて保持されており、上記底板７と加熱室
底部１６の間には空隙が設けられている。１９は加熱室
１の別の熱源たるヒ〒ターである。
回転載置台４を保持した底板７は扉体２の壁面の開閉に
伴つて第３図のごとく出没する。ところで底板７は絶縁
材により加熱室１の壁面から絶縁してあり、空隙がある
ため電波は底板７の下部へも入り込む。
このため電波的な面での力Ｌ熱室１の大きさは加熱室１
の見かけ上の大きさ（底板７から上の部分）より必ず大
きくなり被加熱物の量や種類に左右されないより安定し
た均一な加熱状態が得られる。以上説明したように本発
明によれば次のような効果が期待できる。
（１） 電波的な面ての加熱室の大きさを最大とする事
ができ、これにより被加熱物の量、種類に影響を受ける
事が少ない安定な均一加熱状態を得る事ができる。
（２）扉体の開閉とともに加熱室から出没する底板を加
熱室の壁面から絶縁する事により底板と加熱室壁面との
不安定な接触による放電をも防止でき加熱室壁面の溶融
といつた事故を防げる。
（３） （１）の効果を得るのに加熱室を無制限に大き
くする必要がない。すなわち加熱室の電波的な面での大
きさは見かけ上の大きさを必ず上まわる″一事がで漬−
るＦｉ）らである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 加熱室と、加熱室を開閉する扉体と、被加熱物を回
    転させる回転載置台と、上記回転載置台を保持した状態
    で上記扉体の開閉に伴つて加熱室から出没するよう構成
    された底板とを具備し、上記底板は絶縁材料によつて加
    熱室の壁面から絶縁するとともに、上記底板と加熱室底
    壁の間に空隙を設けた事を特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
