Dispositif de retenue et de guidage (19) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier étrier de retenue (28, 29) orienté verticalement est disposé dans un tiers arrière de la longueur du rail fixe (24, 25) et un second étrier de retenue (28, 29) orienté verticalement est disposé dans un tiers avant de la longueur du rail fixe (24, 25).
  11. Dispositif de retenue et de guidage (19) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le système à glissière (22) présente un rail fixe supérieur (24) orienté horizontalement et au moins un rail coulissant supérieur (26) orienté horizontalement couplé au rail fixe supérieur (24) et mobile par rapport à celui-ci et présente un rail fixe inférieur (25) orienté horizontalement et au moins un rail coulissant inférieur (27) orienté horizontalement et couplé au rail fixe inférieur (25) et mobile par rapport à celui-ci, et la grille de support (32) est reliée au rail coulissant supérieur et au rail coulissant inférieur (27).
  12. Dispositif de retenue et de guidage (19) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les rails fixes (24, 25) et les rails coulissants (26, 27) sont encliquetés dans une position finale rentrée et/ou sont encliquetés dans une position finale déployée de manière maximale.
  13. Appareil de cuisson (1) avec un dispositif de retenue et de guidage (19) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
  14. Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que deux systèmes à glissière séparés (22, 23) sont disposés au niveau de parois verticales opposées (14, 15) d'un moufle (12) délimitant un espace de cuisson et respectivement une grille de support (32) est reliée à au moins un rail coulissant (26, 27) d'un système à glissière (22, 23) respectif.
