Claims (14)
- Holding and guiding structure (19) for a cooking appliance (1), which is embodied to receive a plurality of supports (20, 21) for cooked food at different levels and to horizontally displace the supports (20, 21) for cooked food, wherein the holding and guiding structure (19) has at least one rail pull-out device (22, 23) with at least one horizontally-oriented fixed rail (24, 25) and at least one horizontally-oriented sliding rail (26, 27) coupled to the fixed rail (24, 25) and moveable relative thereto, and a supporting grid (32) with at least two receiving units (35) for the supports (20, 21) for cooked food embodied at different height positions, and which is arranged on the sliding rail (26, 27), wherein the supporting grid (32) is arranged detachably on the sliding rail (26, 27) in a non-destructive manner, characterised in that the supporting grid (32) has a front and a rear vertically-oriented holding rod (33, 34), and a lower guide rod (37) of a receiving unit (35) extends between the holding rods (33, 34), and a rod frame (42) embodied separately from the supporting grid (32) is embodied, which, when viewed in the vertical direction, has an upper guide rod (36) arranged above the lower guide rod (37), wherein a guiding connection for receiving and guiding a lateral edge (21a) of a support (20, 21) for cooked food is embodied by the guiding rods (36, 37), and the upper guiding rod (36) is an element of a tilt protection device for the support (20, 21) for cooked food, and wherein the rod frame (42) is fixedly connected to the at least one sliding rail (26, 27).
- Holding and guiding structure (19) according to claim 1, characterised in that the supporting grid (32) extends across at least half, in particular at least 80%, of the length of the sliding rail (26, 27).
- Holding and guiding structure (19) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the supporting grid (32) has a front and a rear vertically-oriented holding rod (33, 34), and the receiving units (35) extend between the holding rods (33, 34) and in each case have an upper and a lower guiding rod (36, 37), by means of which a guiding connection is embodied to receive and guide a lateral edge (21a) of a support (20, 21) for cooked food.
- Holding and guiding structure (19) according to claim 3, characterised in that an upper and/or a lower guiding rod (36, 37) has a front and/or rear stop (40) for the support (20, 21) for cooked food.
- Holding and guiding structure (19) according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that an upper guiding rod (36) forms an element of a tilt protection device for the support (20, 21) for cooked food in a pulled-out position which differs from the completely inserted position.
- Holding and guiding structure (19) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the supporting grid (32) has a front and a rear vertically-oriented holding rod (33, 34) and in the assembled final state the sliding rail (26, 27) is connected to the front and/or the rear holding rod (33, 34).
- Holding and guiding structure (19) according to claim 6, characterised in that the holding rods (33, 34) have raised areas (33a, 34a) into which the sliding rail (26, 27) extends.
- Holding and guiding structure (19) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the rail pull-out device (22, 23) can be attached to a vertical wall (14, 15) of a muffle (12) of the cooking appliance (1) by means of at least one holding bracket (28, 29).
- Holding and guiding structure (19) according to claim 8, characterised in that a holding bracket (28, 29) is moulded in a C shape or Ω shape and has at least one holding pin (30, 31) in a central part of the C shape.
- Holding and guiding structure (19) according to claim 8 or 9, characterised in that a first vertically-oriented holding bracket (28, 29) is arranged in a rear third of the length of the fixed rail (24, 25) and a second vertically-oriented holding bracket (28, 29) is arranged in a front third of the length of the fixed rail (24, 25).
- Holding and guiding structure (19) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the rail pull-out device (22) has an upper horizontally-oriented fixed rail (24) and at least one upper horizontally-oriented sliding rail (26) coupled to the upper fixed rail (24) and moveable relative thereto, and a lower horizontally-oriented fixed rail (25) and at least one lower horizontally-oriented sliding rail (27) coupled to the lower fixed rail (25) and moveable relative thereto, and the supporting grid (32) is connected to the upper and the lower sliding rail (27).
- Holding and guiding structure (19) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fixed rail (24, 25) and the sliding rail (26, 27) are latched in a final position pushed together and/or are latched in a position pulled out to the maximum.
- Cooking appliance (1) with a holding and guiding structure (19) according to one of the preceding claims.
- Cooking appliance (1) according to claim 13, characterised in that two separate rail pull-out devices (22, 23) are arranged on opposing vertical walls (14, 15) of a muffle (12) bounding a cooking compartment and in each case a supporting grid (32) is connected to at least one sliding rail (26, 27) of a respective rail pull-out device (22, 23).
