Wie in Fig. 2 und Fig. 3 gezeigt ist und erläutert wurde, ist gemäß der Darstellung in Fig. 8 die Aufnahmeschiene 16 mit dem Schienenbereich 33 in Tiefenrichtung betrachtet an der Prallwand 13 vorbeigeführt, insbesondere durch den Spalt 15, sodass das rückseitige Ende 17 vollständig hinter der Prallwand 13 angeordnet ist und sich zumindest bereichsweise in den Zwischenraum 14 hineinerstreckt. Insbesondere ist die Halteschiene 19 und das erste Schienenteil 31 vollständig hinter der Prallwand 13 angeordnet. Claims (13)

  1. Cooking appliance (1) having a housing (2), in which a cooking chamber (9) is formed, said cooking chamber being delimited by walls (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) of a muffle (3) of the cooking appliance (1), and having a baffle wall (13), which is arranged in the cooking chamber (9) in such a way that an intermediate space (14) is formed between a rear wall (8) of the muffle (3) and the baffle wall (13), wherein the cooking appliance (1) has at least one receiving rail (16) for receiving a carrier (22, 23) of a product to be cooked, the receiving rail is arranged in the cooking chamber (9) and a rear end (17) of the receiving rail extends behind the baffle wall (13) and into the intermediate space (14), characterised in that said rear end (17) is held in the intermediate space (14) on a holding device (18), the holding device (18) has a holding rail (19) that is separate from the baffle wall (13) and from the muffle (3), and the holding rail (19) is arranged in the intermediate space (14).
  2. Cooking appliance (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the holding rail (19) is attached to the rear wall (8) and/or to the baffle wall (13), in particular screwed thereon.
  3. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the holding rail (19) is an integrally formed sheet metal part.
  4. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the holding rail (19) has at least one slot receptacle (24) into which the rear end (17) of the receiving rail (16) is inserted so that the receiving rail (16) is held on the holding rail (19) by means of a plug connection, in particular is suspended thereon.
  5. Cooking appliance (1) according to claim 4, characterised in that the slot receptacle (24) is formed in a boundary wall (25) of the holding rail (19), wherein said boundary wall delimits a receiving groove (26) of the holding rail (19).
  6. Cooking appliance (1) according to claim 5, characterised in that the receiving rail (16) has a first rail part (31), which in the mounted state of the receiving rail (16) extends along the holding rail (19) in the receiving groove (26), and has at least one second rail part (32) which is connected to the first rail part (31), which extends from outside the receiving groove (26) through the slot receptacle (24) into the receiving groove (26).
  7. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims 4 to 6, characterised in that a slot receptacle (24) has at least two separate slots (24a, 24b), in which in each case a second rail part (32) of the receiving rail (16) is inserted.
  8. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims 4 to 7, characterised in that a wall section (28) of the boundary wall (25) delimiting the receiving groove (26) has a wall extension (29) on its free edge facing away from the groove base (27), which is oriented obliquely and is realised as an insertion tongue for the rail part (31, 32) of the receiving rail (16) that is to be inserted into the receiving groove (26).
  9. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the rear end (17) of the receiving rail (16) is formed at an angle relative to an adjoining rail section (33) of the receiving rail (16), wherein in the mounted state of the receiving rail (16) on the holding rail (19), the rail section (33) is guided laterally past the baffle wall (13) and the rear end (17) extends in the intermediate space (14) such that, when the cooking chamber (9) is viewed from the front, this rear end (17) is concealed by the baffle wall (13) at least in sections.
  10. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the receiving rail (16) is arranged in a non-destructively detachable manner on the holding rail (19), in particular is mounted thereon.
  11. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the holding rail (19) has at least two separate slot receptacles (24) that are formed at different height positions viewed in the height direction (y) of the cooking appliance (1), such that a receiving rail (16) can be attached in the cooking chamber in different height positions.
  12. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the receiving rail (16) is a bar rail formed from multiple bars that are connected to one another in fixed positions, wherein a first rail part (31) is a vertical bar and at least one second rail part (32) is a horizontal bar that leads onto the vertical bar with one end.
  13. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it is a steam cooking appliance.
