Description

The invention relates to a cooking compartment.

Cooking compartments, e.g. Gratings or baking trays are well known. Garraumeinschübe can in particular manually or by means of a back car or similar. be inserted into a cooking chamber. A cooking utensil, e.g. a Gastronorm container, be hung up. Gastronorm containers are well-known standardized containers, which are available in various configurations, in particular in different longitudinal and transverse extensions. However, with a rapid insertion or removal of the cooking chamber insert, it may happen that the food container lying thereon slips down from the cooking chamber insert.

EP 1 994 828 A2 discloses an electric oven or a gas oven, and a pan assembly for steaming food, the oven having a frontally open receiving space for receiving the pan assembly. The tub assembly has an open-topped body or shell which is closable by means of a lid. The tray assembly is connectable to a steam supply assembly that leads from a wall above the tray to the tray assembly to direct steam into the interior. The connection steam supply arrangement with the tub arrangement is done automatically with completely introduced tub arrangement.

It is the object of the present invention to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, at least in part, and in particular to provide a cooking compartment insert, which enables safe handling of food containers resting thereon, in particular gastronorm containers.

This object is solved according to the features of the independent claim. Preferred embodiments are in particular the dependent claims.

The object is achieved by a cooking compartment insert, wherein the cooking compartment insert has at least one elevation for the underside engagement in an edge of a Gastronormbehälters at a rear edge region. In particular, under such a survey an arbitrarily shaped element are understood, which is either formed integrally with the cooking chamber insert or is attached to the cooking chamber insert subsequently and which extends from the cooking compartment in particular top-side direction and thus can engage in the edge.

This offers particular security against accidental slippage of a Gastronormbehälter which is placed on such a cooking chamber insert. Exploited is that Gastronorm containers are provided with an outside down over cross edge or collar. When placing a Gastronormbehälter on
a Garraumeinschub the Gastronorm container can now be set with its overarching edge on the at least one survey. This prevents unintentional slipping, in particular in the direction of insertion or against the direction of insertion.

A "rear edge region" can be understood in particular to mean an edge region of the cooking chamber insert which is intended to be opposite a rear wall of the cooking chamber when the cooking chamber insert is inserted or to be arranged adjacent thereto.

The Garraumeischub has at its rear edge region at least a pair of such surveys.
The pair of such surveys allows the intervention of two trained at a fixed distance to the cooking chamber insertion surveys in the edge of a Gastronormbehälters. As a result, the Gastronorm container is not only secured in the longitudinal direction, but also undergoes a security against rotation.

Wherein the at least one pair of such protrusions has a distance designed for the underside engagement in end regions of the edge of a Gastronormbehälters. In other words, the distance between two elevations corresponds to an inside distance between two corners of the edge of a Gastronormbehälters certain size. If two such surveys on the underside engage in such a way in the corners, inadvertent slippage of the Gastronormbehälters is additionally prevented transversely to the insertion direction of the cooking chamber in a cooking chamber.

Wherein the cooking space insertion has at least two pairs of such surveys, wherein two of the pairs are arranged side by side and adjacent elevations of the two pairs (ie each a collection of a pair) have a distance from each other, which is designed to adjacent arrangement of two Gastronorm container side by side analog. This advantageously makes it possible to place two relatively narrow Gastronorm containers next to one another on the cooking chamber insert on a wide cooking chamber insert and to secure it against displacement in all directions and against rotation. Be among the adjacent surveys especially from a left-side pair the right elevation and understood by a right-sided pair the left elevation.

In particular, the distance between the two pairs can be selected so that the two attached Gastronorm container abut each other. This offers particularly high stability. However, a gap-like arrangement of Gastronorm container may be desired, for example with a gap of a defined width, in particular with a gap of not more than 1 cm in width.

An embodiment for this provides that the two adjacently arranged Gastronorm containers correspond to a Gastronorm container size 1/3 or 2/3.

Yet another embodiment of this provides that the cooking chamber insert additionally has at least one pair of such elevations, one of which is arranged between the elevations of the first of the pairs and the other between the elevations of the other of the pairs. This advantageously makes it possible to place a single, but wider Gastronorm container on the cooking chamber insert instead of the two adjacent narrow Gastronorm container adjacent. Each of the two elevations of the additional pair for the wider Gastronorm container is advantageously arranged or formed between the elevations of the two individual pairs, that the wider Gastronorm container in the lateral direction is preferably placed centrally on the cooking space and secure.

An embodiment for this provides that the elevations of the additional pair of elevations are spaced for engagement in a Gastronormbehälter a Gastronorm container size 1/2.

The elevations are formed on a common carrier extending along the rear edge region.

Such a carrier forms an elevated base with respect to a base plane or inset plane of the cooking chamber insert.

As a result, the elevations only have to extend upwards by a small amount from the carrier. Such a carrier with the surveys can be made in a simple manner separately from the cooking compartment and subsequently attached to the cooking compartment. However, such a carrier can also be manufactured as a one-piece component together with the cooking compartment.

An embodiment of this is that the cooking compartment is designed as a grid, the carrier is a grid wire and the elevations are formed as bends of the wire mesh. This allows a particularly simple production and easy adaptation to various possibly desired distances of the individual elevations in order to allow adaptation to different gastronorm container sizes.

Another embodiment of this is that the cooking chamber insert is designed as a slide-in plate, the carrier is a raised edge of the insertion plate and the elevations are formed as reshaped areas, in particular embossing, the upstanding edge. The insertion plate can be formed as a continuous sheet or as a perforated plate.

In the following figures, the invention will be described schematically with reference to an embodiment schematically. The same or equivalent elements are provided with the same reference numerals for clarity.

Fig.1 shows a cooking chamber insert 11, which is exemplified as a grid and is suitable for placement of various Gastronormbehältern. The cooking compartment insert 11 has a circumferential frame 22 made of thick wire. A supporting surface 12 for objects to be deposited on the cooking compartment insert 11 is formed from spaced-apart bars 23, which are connected to the frame 22 and are circumferentially surrounded by the latter.

Side frame portions 13 of the frame 22 serve as lateral edge regions of the cooking chamber insert 11 for holding it in a cooking chamber. A front edge region is designed as a front, lowered frame section 24 and is provided for positioning near a feed opening of the cooking chamber. A rear edge portion is formed as a rear frame portion 14 of the frame 22 and is provided for positioning opposite and parallel to a rear wall of the cooking chamber. The rear frame portion 14 is not lowered. The rear frame portion 14 corresponds to the side of the cooking chamber 11, with which the cooking chamber insert 11 is typically inserted first into the cooking chamber.

On the rear frame portion 14, another wire is attached as a carrier 15, e.g. welded on the end. The carrier 15 extends above the rear frame portion 14 and substantially parallel thereto over substantially the entire length of the rear frame portion 14.

The carrier 15 has six elevations 16 to 21 in its course. In this case, a first elevation 16 and a third elevation 17 form a first pair 16, 17 of elevations with a predetermined distance d1. A fourth elevation 18 and a sixth elevation 19 form a second pair 18, 19 with the same distance d1. The third elevation 17 and the fourth elevation 18 each have a predetermined second distance d2.

A third pair 20, 21 of elevations is formed by the remaining second elevation 20 and fifth elevation 21 at a distance d3 from one another, this distance d3 being greater, in particular significantly greater, than the first distance d1.

The elevations 16 to 21 are formed in particular by upward bending of the wire, which forms the carrier 15.

Fig.2 shows the cooking compartment insert 11 Fig.1 with it placed on two Gastronorm containers 25 Gastronorm container size 1/3. The Gastronorm container 25 have a circumferential, outside downwardly overlapping edge 28. The edge 28 may also be referred to as a downwardly bent collar. The edge 28 has straight side sections, which are connected at the ends via corner regions or corners 29. The elevations 16 to 19 extend so high that the edge 28 (or a matching side portion) rests on the elevations 16 to 19 of the carrier 15 and the elevations 16 to 19 thus (inside) engage in the edge 28. The elevations 16 to 19 engage here in particular in the overlying corners 29 from below and give a secure hold.

The first distance d1 is so wide that the two elevations 16,17 and 18,19 of the two first pairs engage in a respective corner region 29 of one of the two Gastronorm 25 and so the Gastronorm container 25 against rotation, against a shift in the insertion direction and secure across it. The first distance d1 thus corresponds at least substantially to a distance b1 of the corners 29 of the edge 28.

The second distance d2 is selected so that the two gastronorm containers 25 can be placed close to each other on the cooking chamber insert 11, close together, e.g. as shown.

Figure 3 shows the cooking chamber insert 11 with it placed on a Gastronorm container 26 Gastronorm container size 1/2. This Gastronorm container 26 is wider than the Gastronorm container 25. Therefore, only a single such Gastronorm container 26 can be placed on the cooking compartment insert 11. The third pair of elevations 20, 21 is positioned so that the gastronorm container 26 can be placed on top of the elevations 20, 21, in particular centrally on the cooking compartment insert 11. The third distance d3 corresponds to a distance b3 of the corners 29 of the edge 28, so that the larger Gastronorm container 26 against displacement in the insertion direction and across it sits securely on the elevations 20, 21.

Figure 4 shows the cooking chamber insert 11 with the gastronorm container 25 placed thereon. It can be seen in the enlarged view that the edge 28 of the Gastronormbehälters 25 overlaps on the outside downwards. In the corners 29, the edge 28 of the Gastronormbehälters 25 of the first of the elevations 16 in particular engages behind the fit.

Claims (10)

1. Cooking chamber insert (11),

   - which cooking chamber insert (11), on a rear edge region (14), has at least one projection (16-21) for engaging from below in an edge (28) of a standard catering container (25; 26),

   - which cooking chamber insert (11), on a rear edge region (14), has at least one pair of such projections (16-21),

   - the at least one pair of such projections (16-21) having a distance (d1; d3) configured to engage from below in end regions (29) of the edge (28) of a standard catering container (25; 26),

   characterised in that

   - the projections (16-21) are embodied on a shared support (15) that runs along the rear edge region (14), which support (15) represents a raised base compared with a base level of the cooking chamber insert (11),

   - the cooking chamber insert (11) has at least two pairs of such projections (16-19), wherein two of the pairs are arranged side by side along the rear edge region on the support (15) and

   - projections (16-19) of the two pairs that are adjacent to one another have a distance (d2) which is configured for the adjacent arrangement of two standard catering containers (25).
2. Cooking chamber insert (11) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the projections (16-21) are only embodied on a shared support (15) that runs along the rear edge region (14).
3. Cooking chamber insert (11) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support (15) is manufactured separately and retrospectively fastened, in particular welded, to the cooking chamber insert (11).
4. Cooking chamber insert (11) according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the support (15) represents a single-piece component of the cooking chamber insert (11).
5. Cooking chamber insert (11) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the two standard catering containers (25) arranged adjacently correspond to a third of the size of a standard catering chamber.
6. Cooking chamber insert (11) according to one of claims 4 or 5, characterised in that the cooking chamber insert (11) additionally has at least one pair of such projections (20, 21), of which one is arranged between the projections (16, 17) of the first of the pairs and the other is arranged between the projections (18, 19) of the other of the pairs.
7. Cooking chamber insert (11) according to claim 6, characterised in that the projections (20, 21) of the additional pair are spaced apart for engagement in a standard catering container (26) of half the size of a standard catering container.
8. Cooking chamber insert (11) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cooking chamber insert (11) is embodied as a grate, the support (15) is a grate bar and the projections (16-21) are embodied as bends in the grate bar.
9. Cooking chamber insert (11) according to claim 8, characterised in that the support (15) runs above the rear frame section (14) and essentially in parallel thereto over essentially the entire length of the rear frame section (14).
10. Cooking chamber insert (11) according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the cooking chamber insert is embodied as a slide-in tray, the support (15) is a vertical edge of the slide-in tray and the projections (16-21) are embodied as formed regions, in particular stampings of the vertical edge.
