Description

The invention relates to a support frame, in particular for extendable arrangement in a furniture body, with at least one mountable on the support frame and detachable from the support frame shelf in the form of a basket or a shell, wherein the shelf is mounted in the frame mounted state between vertical frame legs of the support frame and the have mutually facing sides of the vertical frame legs of the support frame recesses into which protrude on opposite sides of the at least one shelf arranged extensions.

High cabinets, from the furniture body on a pull-out a support frame is extendable, are attached to which shelves in the form of baskets or trays are known. To attach the shelves to the vertical frame legs holding fittings are known. Such a mounting bracket is for example in the AT 406 998 B shown. The vertical frame legs have on their sides facing each other a plurality of spaced holes in the vertical direction. The retaining fittings have in the holes usable extensions and the shelves are supported by the attached to the two vertical frame legs retaining fittings. Another holding fitting of this kind is from the EP 1 033 093 A1 known.

A disadvantage of these prior art devices is the additional manufacturing cost of the retaining fittings. During assembly, the retaining fittings must first be attached to the frame legs and in a further assembly step, the tray must be connected to the retaining fittings.

From the DE 299 07 134 U1 It is also known to weld on the vertical frame legs hook elements to which the shelves are attached.

Welding a plurality of hook elements on the vertical frame legs is associated with a considerable manufacturing effort. Furthermore, the cleaning of the frame legs is difficult and the user can get caught on the hook extensions.

A device of the type mentioned is from the DE 295 08 327 U1 known. The hollow profiles of the vertical frame legs have on their sides facing each other over the height of the frame legs continuous longitudinal slots. On the opposite side walls of the vertical frame legs support webs are punched free and bent inwards. In the fastened state of the formed in the form of wire baskets protrude from protruding pieces of wire extensions in the longitudinal slots of the vertical frame legs and lie on the bent support webs. A disadvantage of this device are the continuous longitudinal slots in the vertical frame legs, which weaken the support frame. Furthermore, the shelves must be tilted to attach to the support frame and for removal from the support frame at large angles to the horizontal. The assembly and disassembly of the shelves is made more difficult, especially for the top shelf or when a tray is used, removed or offset in height, above which are already mounted shelves on the support frame.

Another device of the type mentioned is from the DE 42 36 182 A1 known. The vertical frame legs are also slotted throughout their entire height on their sides facing each other, whereby the support frame is weakened. In the inner recesses of the formed as a hollow profile vertical frame legs clamp body are used. Extensions of the shelves protrude into the slots of the vertical frame legs and rest on the clamping bodies. The disadvantage here is further the additional manufacturing and assembly costs for the clamp body.

The object of the invention is to provide a device of the type mentioned, which is easy to manufacture and in which a simple mounting of the shelves is achieved on the support frame. According to the invention, this is achieved by a device having the features of patent claim 1.

The inventive design allows easy installation of the shelves, in which they need to be inclined only comparatively little relative to the horizontal. The extensions of the shelves can work directly with the frame legs together and intermediate retaining fittings are not required. The vertical frame legs do not have a continuous slot along their length, so that the stability of the support frame is maintained.

An inventive support frame with attachable therein shelves can be arranged extendable in particular by means of a pull-out in the furniture body of a high cabinet.

From the schematic and simplified oblique view of Fig. 1, a tall cabinet is apparent from the furniture body 1, a support frame 2 is extendable. The support frame 2 is arranged for this purpose on a lower pull-3. Furthermore, it is connected in the region of its upper end with an upper side guide 4.

The support frame 2 comprises vertical frame legs 5, 6 and horizontal frame legs 7, 8, which are connected together to form a circumferentially closed support frame 2. The frame legs 5, 6, 7, 8 are formed by hollow profiles.

On the support frame 2, a tray 9 is fixed, which is in the form of a basket made of wire. The tray 9 is hereby arranged between the vertical frame legs 5, 6. In practice, several shelves 9 will be mounted at different heights on the support frame 2. In addition to shelves in the form of baskets or trays, which have a recessed receiving space or a side wall, also board-like shelves could be attached to the support frame.

At the front vertical frame leg 5, a front panel 28 can be mounted in a conventional manner.

High cabinets with these features, which are also apparent from Fig. 1, are known.

Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of a support frame according to the invention in greater detail. From Fig. 2 it can be seen that the vertical frame leg 6 has a plurality of vertically spaced holes 11 which are formed in the form of elongated holes. The holes 11 are formed in the other vertical frame leg 5 facing side wall of the vertical frame leg 6. Similarly, the vertical frame leg 6 facing side wall of the vertical frame leg 5, which is not visible in Fig. 2, a plurality of vertically spaced holes 10 (see Fig .. 7 and 9), which is also in the form of slots are. The vertical distances between the holes 10 correspond to those of the holes 11 and the holes 11 are arranged at the same heights as the holes 11.

A tray according to the invention, which is designed here in the form of a wire basket, is shown in greater detail in FIGS. 3 to 5. The tray 9 comprises a bottom and a circumferential side wall formed by wire rods. On the sides 12, 13 of the tray 9, which are adjacent to the vertical frame legs 5, 6 in the assembled state, hook-shaped projections 14, 15 are arranged, which protrude outwards. The extensions 14, 15 are thus directed away from each other.

While the extension 14 is arranged in the region of the bottom, that is to say the lower edge of the support 9, the extension 15 lies in the region of the upper end of the side wall, ie in the region of the upper edge of the support 9.

The extensions 14, 15 each have a horizontal support section 16, 17 and a hooking section 18, 19 projecting downwardly from the free end of the support section 16, 17.

Fig. 8 und 10). The higher-lying extension 15 is provided with a stop 20 for the vertical frame member 6, with which it cooperates. In the embodiment shown, this stop 20 is formed by a subsequent to the support portion 17 section with an enlarged diameter. The distance a between the suspension section 19 and the stop 20 is preferably less than twice the wall thickness w of the vertical frame leg 6 (compare FIGS. 8 and 10). Preferably, this distance a is only slightly larger than the wall thickness w. It is achieved in the mounted state of the tray 9 only a slight play of the tray 9 relative to the support frame 2.

The opposite sides 12, 13 of the tray 9 have in those areas in which the extensions 14, 15 are arranged recesses, in the illustrated embodiment each by double offsets of the side walls forming encircling wire rods 21, 22, 23 are formed. On the edge of these indentations 9 extending side guide rods 24, 25 are determined in addition to the height of the tray. Due to the indentations and the side guide rods 24, 25, between which the vertical frame legs 5, 6 lie in the assembled state, a side guide relative to the vertical frame legs 5, 6 is achieved. Furthermore, a training of the shelves 9 is achieved with the largest possible receiving space by the indentations.

In Fig. 6 below a fixed to the support frame 2 tray 9 is shown. The lower-lying projection 14 projects into one of the holes 10 in the frame leg 5. The opposite higher projection 15 protrudes into a hole 11 in the vertical frame leg 6, this hole 11 is correspondingly higher than the hole 10, in which the lower-lying projection 14th protrudes to achieve a horizontal alignment of the tray 9 in the mounted state.

In the illustrated embodiment, the offset v between the extensions 14, 15 corresponds to the distance between the holes 10, 11 and there is a respective hole 11 in the vertical frame leg 6 at the same height as a hole 10 in the vertical frame leg 5. The higher-lying projection 15 thus protrudes into the hole 11 in the frame leg 6, which is next above that hole 11, which lies in the same height as the hole 10, in which the lower-lying projection 14 protrudes.

With such a configuration of the offset v and the holes 10, 11, the tray 9 can be mounted in a rotated by 180 ° about a vertical axis position on the support frame 2.

To mount the tray 9 on the support frame 2, the tray 9 is first tilted relative to the horizontal and inserted between the vertical frame legs 5, 6. As a result, the lower-lying projection 14 is inserted into one of the holes 10, so that the extension 14 rests on the lower edge of this hole 10. The tray 9 is pivoted in the sequence in the direction of its horizontal orientation. An intermediate position during assembly before reaching the horizontal orientation of the tray 9 is shown in Fig. 6 for the upper tray 9. Shortly before reaching the horizontal orientation of the upper projection 15 is inserted into the corresponding hole 11. When the support portion 17 rests on the lower edge 26 of the hole 11, the tray 9 has reached its horizontal orientation. The wall 27 of the vertical frame leg 6, in which the hole 11 is arranged, lies here with a subsequent to the lower edge 26 of the hole 11 section between the Einhängeabschnitt 19 and the stop 20 of the extension 15th

In order to reliably avoid a hanging of the mounted tray 9, at least the higher-lying extension 15 is preferably hook-shaped with a downwardly projecting hooking portion 19, with which it hangs in the wall of the respective vertical frame leg 5, 6. At least those holes 10, 11, which are provided for insertion of the higher-lying extension 15, are thus in the form of elongated holes.
The lower-lying projection 14 is preferably also hook-shaped, wherein the downwardly projecting Einhängeabschnitt 18 can hook into the wall of the respective vertical frame leg 5, 6. But this extension 14 could also be formed only pin-shaped, so only have a support portion 16 which rests on the lower edge of the hole in which it is inserted. The holes 10, 11 provided for insertion of the lower-lying projection 14 could therefore also be designed with a circular cross-section.

There could also be a greater or lesser number of height-spaced holes 10, 11 as shown, d. H. the distance between the holes 10, 11 does not necessarily correspond to the offset v between the extensions 14, 15. The holes 10, 11 could also be at different heights in this case. However, if an assembly of the tray in any rotated by 180 ° about a vertical axis positions should be made possible for this case, so would be in each of the two vertical frame legs 5, 6 each have their own holes for the extensions 14 and own holes for the extensions 15th to install.

A further embodiment of a tray in the form of a basket according to the invention is shown in FIGS. 11 and 12. The extensions 14, 15 are mushroom-shaped in this embodiment, d. H. they have a mounted on the respective side of the tray shaft and a arranged at the free end of the shaft head 29 with an enlarged diameter. In the state inserted into the support frame 2, the shaft rests on the lower edge of the hole 10, 11, respectively. Preferably, the slot-like holes 10, 11 in this case have a portion with a larger clearance (measured perpendicular to the longitudinal extension) and an underlying portion with a smaller clearance. The head 29 is inserted into the portion of the slot with the larger clearance and moved into the area with the smaller clearance, in which he engages behind the edges of the hole. An elongated hole formed in this way can be, for example, keyhole-shaped.

If the extensions 14, 15 are hook-shaped or mushroom-shaped on both sides of the tray 9, the vertical frame legs 5, 6 are held together by the inserted shelves 9, whereby the supporting frame 2 is stabilized.

In the exemplary embodiments shown, the offset v between the extensions 14, 15 is approximately the height h of the tray 9. Preferably, this offset v is at least more than half the height h of the tray 9.

The tray 9 could also be in the form of a shell, for example made of plastic.

In principle, it would also be conceivable and possible for more than one extension 14, 15 to be arranged on one side or on both sides 12, 13 of the support 9, the support frame 2 having corresponding numbers of rows of vertically spaced holes 10, 11 (On one side of the tray could in principle also be arranged two or more vertical frame legs). The extensions on one side of the tray would in turn be offset from the projections on the other side in height, wherein the projections would preferably lie at the same height on a respective side of the tray.
