Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cabinet pull-out for a cabinet element.
- the cabinet element has a cabinet base, two side walls and a cover.
- the cabinet pull-out is formed from a pull-out frame which has a front support profile and a rear support profile, which are connected to one another with an upper cross profile and a lower cross profile.
- the storage compartments are suitable for storing light items. If storage compartments are used for heavy items, such as drinks bottles, this may result in deformation of the storage compartments. For example, the floor surface can no longer be aligned exactly horizontally, but can instead have an inclination when loaded. Under load, the storage compartments, especially their side walls, can also become tilted. If the distance of the storage compartment from the nearest side wall of the cabinet element is subject to a narrow tolerance, the storage compartment may come into contact with the nearest side wall, so that the cabinet pull-out can jam when opening or closing.
- cabinet pull-out that has increased rigidity.
- the cabinet pull-out should have increased torsional rigidity.
- rigidity of the cupboard pull-out means a resistance of the cupboard pull-out, in particular the storage compartment, against deformation caused by a load that acts on the cupboard pull-out, in particular the storage compartment.
- a cabinet pull-out includes at least a first storage compartment and a second storage compartment and a pull-out frame.
- the pull-out frame connects the first storage compartment with the second storage compartment.
- the first and second storage compartments each have a first and second base area.
- the pull-out frame comprises a support element that runs essentially normal to the base area of the corresponding storage compartment from the first to the second storage compartment.
- Each of the first and second storage compartments has a front wall and a back wall.
- Each of the first and second storage compartments has two side walls extending between the front wall and the rear wall.
- the support element is attached to the outside of the rear wall or one of the side walls.
- the Support element can also be designed as an angle element that is attached to the rear wall and one of the adjacent side walls.
- a loose storage compartment can be removably coupled to one of the first or second storage compartments.
- several loose storage compartments can be arranged one below the other or next to each other.
- the maximum number of loose storage compartments to be arranged next to each other is limited by the width of the first or second storage compartment and depends on the corresponding width of the loose storage compartment, which can differ from the width of the first or second storage compartment.
- the maximum number of loose storage compartments to be arranged one behind the other is limited by the length of the first or second storage compartment and depends on the corresponding length of the loose storage compartment, which can differ from the length of the first or second storage compartment.
- the loose storage compartment has a base area and a front wall, a rear wall and two side walls extending from the front wall and the rear wall, which laterally delimit the base area and protrude beyond the base area on the top side.
- the front wall and the rear wall can each have a connecting element which extends below the base area so that it projects beyond the underside of the base area.
- the connecting element and the associated front wall or rear wall can be made in one piece. In the assembled state, the connecting element can be used to form a distance between the base area of the loose storage compartment and the base area of the corresponding first or second storage compartment, which is in the range of 5 to 30 cm inclusive.
- the connecting element in the assembled state is arranged adjacent to the inside of the corresponding front wall and the rear wall.
- Each of the connecting elements can have at least one tab that projects beyond the outer surface of the connecting element and is intended to rest on the edge of the front wall or the rear wall.
- the connecting element can have a clamping element which projects beyond the outer surface of the connecting element at least in sections, so that the clamping element is pressed onto the front wall or rear wall in the assembled state.
- the clamping element can contain a hook-shaped end which at least partially surrounds the underside of the front wall or the rear wall in the assembled state.
- the first storage compartment has a first linear guide and the second storage compartment has a second linear guide for the relative movement of the cabinet pull-out relative to a cabinet element.
- each of the storage compartments has a maximum of one associated linear guide.
- the linear guide of the first storage compartment can be arranged adjacent to the first side edge.
- the linear guide of the second storage compartment can be arranged adjacent to the second side edge.
- the first linear guide is arranged above the second linear guide.
- the first linear guide is located on the underside of the base area of the first storage compartment.
- the second linear guide is located on the underside of the base of the second storage compartment.
- the two linear guides are located on the same side edge of the first and second storage compartments.
- This exemplary embodiment is used in particular in combination with a first and second support element.
- the first support element is connected to the front walls of the first and second storage compartments.
- the second support element is connected in particular to the rear walls of the first and second storage compartments.
- the first and second storage compartments are connected to one another via a single support element.
- one of the two support elements can be omitted.
- the support element that connects the two front walls of the first and second storage compartments to one another can be dispensed with.
- a cover is provided which forms the front of the cabinet pull-out in order to meet aesthetic needs and close off the cabinet space from the front.
- This cover can be connected to the first and second storage compartments by means of a fastening means located on the front wall, for example a mounting plate element. Because the cover fixes the position of the first storage compartment relative to the second storage compartment, the necessary dimensional stability of the cabinet pull-out can be achieved with this cover in the assembled state, so that the associated support element can be dispensed with.
- the base area is rectangular.
- the base area can be formed by a base plate.
- the base plate can contain wood, metal or a plastic.
- the base plate can consist of one of the materials from the group of wood, plastics or metals.
- the base area has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, the longitudinal direction corresponding to the pull-out direction.
- the base area has a front edge, a rear edge and a first side edge connecting the front edge and the rear edge and a second side edge connecting the front edge and the rear edge.
- the base area has a bottom and a top.
- the top can be used as a shelf for items to be stored in a closet.
- the distance between the top and the bottom corresponds to the thickness of the base plate.
- the thickness can range from 1mm to 10mm. In particular, the thickness can be 1 to 3 mm.
- the base of the storage compartment can include a groove.
- the groove projects beyond the underside of the base area.
- the groove extends in the longitudinal direction.
- the base area has a longitudinal center axis which extends in the longitudinal direction.
- the groove is arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal center axis.
- a surprisingly high dimensional stability of the storage compartment can be achieved by means of a groove extending in the longitudinal direction. In particular, there is increased dimensional stability against bending of the base surface in the plane of the longitudinal center axis.
- Such bends can be caused by a load from an object stored in the storage compartment. These bends can lead to a change in shape of the longitudinal center axis, for example a curvature of an inherently straight longitudinal center axis can occur, which can lead to the base area no longer being aligned exactly horizontally.
- a support element running in the direction of the longitudinal center axis can be dispensed with if a groove is provided according to one of the exemplary embodiments of the invention. This reduces the number of components required to produce the cabinet pull-out. In addition, the weight of the cabinet pull-out can be reduced because horizontal support elements are no longer needed to stiffen the base of the storage compartment.
- a left-hand shelf extends from the groove to the first side edge.
- a right-hand shelf extends from the groove to the second side edge. If the groove extends along the longitudinal center axis, the left-hand and right-hand storage surfaces have essentially the same surface area.
- An insert element can be placed on the storage area so that both the left-hand and right-hand storage areas are available for storing items.
- the insert element can be designed as an insert mat or insert plate.
- the insert element can contain a material that can prevent the objects from slipping during the pull-out movement or the insertion movement of the cabinet pull-out, for example a rubber material.
- the insert element can have a structured surface or a surface with increased surface roughness as an alternative or in addition to a material that increases the coefficient of static friction.
- the groove can be V-shaped. According to one embodiment, the groove can be U-shaped. According to one embodiment, the groove extends from the front edge to the rear edge of the base surface. A surprisingly high dimensional stability of the storage compartment can be achieved using a V-shaped or U-shaped groove. The rigidity of the entire cabinet pull-out can be increased in such a way that additional reinforcing elements, such as horizontally arranged support elements, can be dispensed with.
- a partition can be inserted into the groove.
- the partition can divide the base area into two sub-areas. Each of the partial areas can be used to store objects. If necessary, the partition can contain further separating elements which run parallel to the front edge or the rear edge of the base area.
- the base area has a rear edge, a front edge and a first side edge connecting the front edge and the rear edge and a second side edge connecting the front edge and the rear edge.
- the groove may extend from the leading edge to the trailing edge.
- a recess can be formed between the front edge and the rear edge in the area of the groove, into which the hook-shaped end of a clamping element of a connecting element of a loose storage compartment can optionally be inserted.
- the storage compartment comprises a side wall, wherein the side wall at least partially projects beyond the base area.
- the side wall extends upwards from the side edge.
- the side wall can be obtained by bending a plate element forming the base area.
- a plate element can in particular be designed as a sheet metal element.
- the storage compartment has a front wall extending between the side walls.
- the front wall can be detachably connected to the base area.
- the first and second storage compartments have a first and second rear wall, with the support element being attached to the outside of the first and second rear wall.
- the support element can be detachably connected to each of the first and second rear walls, for example by means of a screw connection.
- the support element can run immediately adjacent to a corner of the first or second rear wall, it can also be arranged near one of the corners of the first or second rear wall.
- the carrier element is not arranged in the middle of the first or second rear wall. This arrangement of the carrier element, which is asymmetrical with respect to the first or second rear wall, has the advantage that the first and second rear walls themselves can be designed as a base element for a loose storage compartment.
- the loose storage compartment has a front wall and a rear wall, at the lower end of which the connecting element is arranged or connects.
- the connecting element at least partially surrounds the upper edge of the first or second rear wall or the first or second front wall, so that the loose storage compartment can be placed on this edge, for example by means of a gripping connection or a plug connection, which can also be designed as a clamping element .
- the loose storage compartment can therefore only be attached when required and can be removed without tools when it is no longer needed.
- different loose storage compartments can be attached at different heights relative to the first or second storage compartment.
- the loose storage compartment can be attached to different locations on the first or second rear wall or the first or second front wall; it can be displaceable in relation to the rear walls or front walls.
- the loose storage compartment can extend between the front wall and the rear wall. According to this exemplary embodiment, the loose storage compartment has essentially the same length as the associated first or second storage compartment. According to one embodiment, the loose storage compartment can have a shorter length than the storage compartment.
- the carrier element can be designed as a hollow profile.
- the pull-out frame does not have a cross-member element that runs parallel to the base of the storage compartment on its underside along the longitudinal center axis of the base.
- a linear guide enables the bar pull-out to be moved relative to a stationary cabinet element.
- the linear guide can be attached to the underside of the base of the storage compartment.
- the carrier element and the linear guide cannot be connected.
- a first and a second linear guide are arranged on opposite side edges, in particular if the first and second storage compartments are connected to one another via a single support element.
- An advantage of the cabinet pull-out according to the invention lies in its increased rigidity, which leads to increased dimensional stability of the storage compartment(s), so that it is ensured that the storage surfaces remain essentially horizontal, even if relatively heavy objects are placed on the storage surfaces, for example containers filled with liquids like drinks bottles or the like.
- a further advantage of the cupboard pull-out according to the invention is that the cupboard pull-out has fewer components than a previously known cupboard pull-out, for example a cupboard pull-out according to EP2526823 B1 .
- Fig. 1 shows a schematic structure of an exemplary cabinet pull-out 10 according to a first exemplary embodiment, comprising a first storage compartment 1 and a second storage compartment 2 and a pull-out frame 3.
- the pull-out frame 3 connects the first storage compartment 1 with the second storage compartment 2.

Description
The present invention relates to a cabinet pull-out for a cabinet element.
The storage compartments are suitable for storing light items.
There is therefore a need for a cabinet pull-out that has increased rigidity. In particular, the cabinet pull-out should have increased torsional rigidity.
It is the object of the invention to develop a cabinet pull-out that has storage compartments that remain dimensionally stable, even if the storage compartments are loaded with heavy objects. In addition, it should be possible to arrange the shelf individually and/or to individually design or adapt the room layout without affecting the dimensional stability.
Vorteilhafte Ausführungsbeispiele des Schrankauszugs sind Gegenstand der Ansprüche 2 bis 9.The object of the invention is solved by a cabinet pull-out according to

The following detailed description contains various exemplary embodiments for the cabinet pull-out according to the invention. The description of a specific cabinet pull-out is only to be viewed as an example. In the description and claims, the terms "include", "comprise", "comprise" are interpreted as "including, but not limited to".
In the following, the term rigidity of the cupboard pull-out means a resistance of the cupboard pull-out, in particular the storage compartment, against deformation caused by a load that acts on the cupboard pull-out, in particular the storage compartment.
A cabinet pull-out includes at least a first storage compartment and a second storage compartment and a pull-out frame. The pull-out frame connects the first storage compartment with the second storage compartment. The first and second storage compartments each have a first and second base area. The pull-out frame comprises a support element that runs essentially normal to the base area of the corresponding storage compartment from the first to the second storage compartment. Each of the first and second storage compartments has a front wall and a back wall. Each of the first and second storage compartments has two side walls extending between the front wall and the rear wall. The support element is attached to the outside of the rear wall or one of the side walls. The Support element can also be designed as an angle element that is attached to the rear wall and one of the adjacent side walls.
A loose storage compartment can be removably coupled to one of the first or second storage compartments. Of course, several loose storage compartments can be arranged one below the other or next to each other. The maximum number of loose storage compartments to be arranged next to each other is limited by the width of the first or second storage compartment and depends on the corresponding width of the loose storage compartment, which can differ from the width of the first or second storage compartment. The maximum number of loose storage compartments to be arranged one behind the other is limited by the length of the first or second storage compartment and depends on the corresponding length of the loose storage compartment, which can differ from the length of the first or second storage compartment.
According to the invention, the loose storage compartment has a base area and a front wall, a rear wall and two side walls extending from the front wall and the rear wall, which laterally delimit the base area and protrude beyond the base area on the top side. The front wall and the rear wall can each have a connecting element which extends below the base area so that it projects beyond the underside of the base area. The connecting element and the associated front wall or rear wall can be made in one piece. In the assembled state, the connecting element can be used to form a distance between the base area of the loose storage compartment and the base area of the corresponding first or second storage compartment, which is in the range of 5 to 30 cm inclusive.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the connecting element in the assembled state is arranged adjacent to the inside of the corresponding front wall and the rear wall. Each of the connecting elements can have at least one tab that projects beyond the outer surface of the connecting element and is intended to rest on the edge of the front wall or the rear wall.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the connecting element can have a clamping element which projects beyond the outer surface of the connecting element at least in sections, so that the clamping element is pressed onto the front wall or rear wall in the assembled state. In particular, the clamping element can contain a hook-shaped end which at least partially surrounds the underside of the front wall or the rear wall in the assembled state.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the first storage compartment has a first linear guide and the second storage compartment has a second linear guide for the relative movement of the cabinet pull-out relative to a cabinet element. According to one exemplary embodiment, each of the storage compartments has a maximum of one associated linear guide. In particular, the linear guide of the first storage compartment can be arranged adjacent to the first side edge. The linear guide of the second storage compartment can be arranged adjacent to the second side edge.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the first linear guide is arranged above the second linear guide. This means that the first linear guide is located on the underside of the base area of the first storage compartment. The second linear guide is located on the underside of the base of the second storage compartment. According to the present exemplary embodiment, the two linear guides are located on the same side edge of the first and second storage compartments. This exemplary embodiment is used in particular in combination with a first and second support element. The first support element is connected to the front walls of the first and second storage compartments. The second support element is connected in particular to the rear walls of the first and second storage compartments. The use of two support elements enables the production of a particularly torsion-resistant cabinet pull-out.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the first and second storage compartments are connected to one another via a single support element. In order to save material and weight, one of the two support elements can be omitted. In particular, the support element that connects the two front walls of the first and second storage compartments to one another can be dispensed with. In many cases, a cover is provided which forms the front of the cabinet pull-out in order to meet aesthetic needs and close off the cabinet space from the front. This cover can be connected to the first and second storage compartments by means of a fastening means located on the front wall, for example a mounting plate element. Because the cover fixes the position of the first storage compartment relative to the second storage compartment, the necessary dimensional stability of the cabinet pull-out can be achieved with this cover in the assembled state, so that the associated support element can be dispensed with.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the base area is rectangular. The base area can be formed by a base plate. The base plate can contain wood, metal or a plastic. In particular, the base plate can consist of one of the materials from the group of wood, plastics or metals. In particular, the base area has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, the longitudinal direction corresponding to the pull-out direction. According to this exemplary embodiment, the base area has a front edge, a rear edge and a first side edge connecting the front edge and the rear edge and a second side edge connecting the front edge and the rear edge. The base area has a bottom and a top. The top can be used as a shelf for items to be stored in a closet. The distance between the top and the bottom corresponds to the thickness of the base plate. The thickness can range from 1mm to 10mm. In particular, the thickness can be 1 to 3 mm.
The base of the storage compartment can include a groove. Through the combination of the attachment of the support element and the groove in the base, a surprisingly high rigidity of the cabinet pull-out can be achieved. According to one exemplary embodiment, the groove projects beyond the underside of the base area. According to one embodiment, the groove extends in the longitudinal direction. In particular, the base area has a longitudinal center axis which extends in the longitudinal direction. According to one embodiment, the groove is arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal center axis. A surprisingly high dimensional stability of the storage compartment can be achieved by means of a groove extending in the longitudinal direction. In particular, there is increased dimensional stability against bending of the base surface in the plane of the longitudinal center axis. Such bends can be caused by a load from an object stored in the storage compartment. These bends can lead to a change in shape of the longitudinal center axis, for example a curvature of an inherently straight longitudinal center axis can occur, which can lead to the base area no longer being aligned exactly horizontally. A support element running in the direction of the longitudinal center axis can be dispensed with if a groove is provided according to one of the exemplary embodiments of the invention. This reduces the number of components required to produce the cabinet pull-out. In addition, the weight of the cabinet pull-out can be reduced because horizontal support elements are no longer needed to stiffen the base of the storage compartment.
A left-hand shelf extends from the groove to the first side edge. A right-hand shelf extends from the groove to the second side edge. If the groove extends along the longitudinal center axis, the left-hand and right-hand storage surfaces have essentially the same surface area. An insert element can be placed on the storage area so that both the left-hand and right-hand storage areas are available for storing items. The insert element can be designed as an insert mat or insert plate. The insert element can contain a material that can prevent the objects from slipping during the pull-out movement or the insertion movement of the cabinet pull-out, for example a rubber material. For this purpose, the insert element can have a structured surface or a surface with increased surface roughness as an alternative or in addition to a material that increases the coefficient of static friction.
According to one embodiment, the groove can be V-shaped.
According to one embodiment, a partition can be inserted into the groove. The partition can divide the base area into two sub-areas. Each of the partial areas can be used to store objects. If necessary, the partition can contain further separating elements which run parallel to the front edge or the rear edge of the base area.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the base area has a rear edge, a front edge and a first side edge connecting the front edge and the rear edge and a second side edge connecting the front edge and the rear edge. The groove may extend from the leading edge to the trailing edge. A recess can be formed between the front edge and the rear edge in the area of the groove, into which the hook-shaped end of a clamping element of a connecting element of a loose storage compartment can optionally be inserted.
According to one embodiment, the storage compartment comprises a side wall, wherein the side wall at least partially projects beyond the base area. In particular, the side wall extends upwards from the side edge. For example, the side wall can be obtained by bending a plate element forming the base area. Such a plate element can in particular be designed as a sheet metal element. According to one embodiment, the storage compartment has a front wall extending between the side walls. In particular, the front wall can be detachably connected to the base area.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the first and second storage compartments have a first and second rear wall, with the support element being attached to the outside of the first and second rear wall. In particular, the support element can be detachably connected to each of the first and second rear walls, for example by means of a screw connection. The support element can run immediately adjacent to a corner of the first or second rear wall, it can also be arranged near one of the corners of the first or second rear wall. In particular, the carrier element is not arranged in the middle of the first or second rear wall. This arrangement of the carrier element, which is asymmetrical with respect to the first or second rear wall, has the advantage that the first and second rear walls themselves can be designed as a base element for a loose storage compartment. The loose storage compartment has a front wall and a rear wall, at the lower end of which the connecting element is arranged or connects.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the connecting element at least partially surrounds the upper edge of the first or second rear wall or the first or second front wall, so that the loose storage compartment can be placed on this edge, for example by means of a gripping connection or a plug connection, which can also be designed as a clamping element . The loose storage compartment can therefore only be attached when required and can be removed without tools when it is no longer needed. According to one embodiment, different loose storage compartments can be attached at different heights relative to the first or second storage compartment. According to one embodiment, the loose storage compartment can be attached to different locations on the first or second rear wall or the first or second front wall; it can be displaceable in relation to the rear walls or front walls.
According to one embodiment, the loose storage compartment can extend between the front wall and the rear wall. According to this exemplary embodiment, the loose storage compartment has essentially the same length as the associated first or second storage compartment. According to one embodiment, the loose storage compartment can have a shorter length than the storage compartment.
According to each of the exemplary embodiments, the carrier element can be designed as a hollow profile.
According to each of the previous exemplary embodiments, the pull-out frame does not have a cross-member element that runs parallel to the base of the storage compartment on its underside along the longitudinal center axis of the base.
A linear guide enables the bar pull-out to be moved relative to a stationary cabinet element. The linear guide can be attached to the underside of the base of the storage compartment. In particular, the carrier element and the linear guide cannot be connected. According to one exemplary embodiment, a first and a second linear guide are arranged on opposite side edges, in particular if the first and second storage compartments are connected to one another via a single support element.
An advantage of the cabinet pull-out according to the invention lies in its increased rigidity, which leads to increased dimensional stability of the storage compartment(s), so that it is ensured that the storage surfaces remain essentially horizontal, even if relatively heavy objects are placed on the storage surfaces, for example containers filled with liquids like drinks bottles or the like.

The broadest possible reading of the claims is decisive for the interpretation of the claims or the description. In particular, the terms "include" or "include" are intended to be interpreted to refer to elements, components or steps in a non-exclusive meaning, thereby indicating that the elements, components or steps may be present or used that they can be combined with other elements, components or steps that are not explicitly mentioned. Where the claims refer to an element or component from a group that may consist of A, B, C to N elements or components, such language should be interpreted as requiring only a single element of that group, and not one Combination of A and N, B and N or any other combination of two or more elements or components of this group.
