Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a linear guide system for a drawer in a drawer system, an oven or the like.
  • the linear guide system according to the invention is suitable for any type of extracts, such as drawers, computer racks and other bays, which are mounted in a cabinet or carcass and retracted and extended.
  • the invention is particularly suitable for holding and guiding food supports in ovens.
  • food support which in the sense of this invention is an extract, is understood as meaning all inserts which are commonly used in ovens, such as baking trays, grates, baking trays, drip pans and holders for such trays, e.g. Frame in which such food support can be used or to which they can be placed.
  • the guide system according to the invention is described for an extract primarily for food supports or similar inserts in an oven. It will be understood, however, that the present invention is not limited to guide systems for ovens, but in the scope of the appended claims also encompasses other applications in which corresponding guide systems can be suitably used.
  • Insertion guide systems for food carriers in ovens are known in many forms.
  • the food support In simple known ovens the food support is guided in grooves which are formed in different heights or levels in the muffle side wall.
  • the sliding behavior of the food support in such grooves depends on the surface texture of the surfaces sliding on each other and the load of the food support and is relatively poor.
  • grids instead of the grooves on the muffle side walls, grids are fastened with horizontal bars on which the food supports are guided. Due to the smaller contact surface, the sliding behavior is slightly improved compared to grooves. Both systems have the disadvantage that the food support can only be pulled out of the oven to a certain extent, without having to tilt down or front must be supported.
  • Telescopic guides are provided on the muffle side wall or on a grid, each having a stationary and one or more movable rails which are slidably mounted longitudinally relative to the stationary rail and out of the oven.
  • a food support is placed on the movable rails, so that it can be pulled out by pulling the telescopic guides out of the oven can.
  • Telescopic guides are characterized in that the individual mutually displaceably mounted rail elements have substantially the same or at least similar length.
  • the telescopic guide can not be separated from each other due to the existing ball bearings and thus the individual rail elements, extend only to a length which is less than twice the length of the rail in the fully retracted Status.
  • so-called full extension two or more movable rail elements relative to the stationary rail element are slidably mounted.
  • a trained as a full extension telescopic guide can be extended to twice the length of the fully inserted state or beyond.
  • a linear guide system as object of the present invention differs from the telescopic guide system described above in having a long stationary rail member referred to herein as an outer rail and a very short movable rail member referred to herein as a carriage.
  • the carriage is substantially over the full length of the stationary outer rail (minus the length of the carriage) movable.
  • the sliding bearing of the carriage on the stationary outer rail is carried out as in known telescopic guides via a plain bearing, a roller or roller bearings or a ball bearing, the latter having the best sliding properties.
  • the DE 101 51 899.4 A1 describes a rail system for food support in an oven with a food support having on both sides each retaining bracket, which are connected in the front portion of the food support via a substantially U-shaped connecting portion with the food support and substantially parallel to the respective side edges of the Food support extend, and with telescopic rails, each having a fixed to or behind the side wall of the oven muffle stationary rail and relative to the stationary rail out of the oven displaceable inner rail, wherein on the inner rail extending substantially over the length of the inner rail and is provided with this unit forming a receiving tube, which is open in the direction of the oven opening and formed for receiving the retaining clip by insertion, wherein the headband a hook and the receiving tube a detent in the form of a recess or opening against sliding out of the retaining clip from the receiving tube.
  • This system offers a reasonably priced structure, which allows the food carrier to be pulled out and up to the oven in a stable, easy sliding manner and without tilting the food carrier.
  • the telescopic rails are protected in this system as far as possible from contamination of food and splashing or vaporizing grease or other liquids.
  • the system has the disadvantage that the entire receiving tube, in which the headband is locked, when removing the food support moves out of the oven and protrudes from this. If the food support for removal from the oven is first pulled out with the receiving tube and then removed from this, so remains stand the receiving tube in front of the oven and must be pushed back to close the oven by hand.
  • the object of the present invention was to provide a guide system for an extract, in particular for a food support in an oven, which overcomes the known disadvantages of the prior art.
  • elongate guides In the context of elongate guides, "rearwardly extending" means that these elongated guides are secured in the front region or anywhere laterally on the support element and extend substantially in the insertion direction, ie towards the rear wall of the body or oven.
  • the ends of the elongated guides ie the ends opposite the attachment of the guides to the support member, project freely rearwardly. In the area of these rear free ends are the guides when inserting into a carcass or oven with the carriage engaged so that they are securely supported on the carriage or attached components.
  • the engagement of the leadership of the drawer with the carriage is done so that the extract with the carriage along the length of the outer rail safely into the body or oven hinein- and can be moved out again without being accidentally detached when pulling out of the slide and falling.
  • a particular advantage of the linear guide system according to the invention over conventional telescopic rail systems is the use of a carriage which is short compared to the long rail elements of a telescopic rail system, consumes less material and therefore is cheaper to manufacture.
  • the carriage has the advantage that it remains in the body or oven and is not moved out of this. He therefore can not stand out from the body or oven.
  • locking means are provided for locking the carriage against a method along the outer rail, which are designed for locking the carriage in a solid with respect to the travel path of the extract position.
  • This locking of the carriage in the front portion of the outer rail against a method of carriage takes place when removing the extract or food support from the body or oven, i. when you detach the extract or food support from the carriage.
  • the two carriages which are provided on one level in the body or oven for the mutual holders of the drawer, thus remain locked in the front portion of the outer rail until an extract is again inserted into the carcass or oven and engaged with the carriages. Only then the lock is released and the carriage can be moved to insert the extract along the outer rails. As a result, it is effectively prevented that one or both slides are moved or dodge at the onset of the extract and the insertion of the extract is considerably more difficult.
  • Another advantage of the system according to the invention is that the engagement means for engaging the guide of the drawer with the carriage and the locking means for locking the carriage against a method along the outer rail are constructed and matched so that the locking means for locking the carriage always be solved when the guides of the drawer are brought into engagement with the carriage via the engagement means, ie when inserting the drawer in the body or oven.
  • the slide is locked against a process along the outer rail when the guides of the drawer are separated from the slide, ie the engagement means on the guide and the slide are released.
  • the locking and unlocking of the carriage relative to the outer rail thus takes place automatically when removing or inserting the drawer in the body or oven.
  • An additional locking or unlocking of the carriage which would require additional handles and for the user would be uncomfortable and possibly dangerous in the case of a baking oven due to the heat.
  • the carriage of the linear guide system according to the invention is movably mounted along the outer rail by means of a sliding guide, a roller or roller bearing or a ball bearing, wherein the use of a ball bearing is particularly preferred.
  • the elongate guides are formed as rods or tube profiles with a circular or polygonal cross-section and extend rearwardly parallel to the side edges of the carrier element.
  • the elongate guides extend beyond the rear boundary of the carrier element to the rear.
  • the elongated guides can extend only to the rearward boundary of the support member or even less, but the drawer can not then fully extend to the carcass or oven since the end portion of the elongate guides is approximately the length of the length of the support Schlittens corresponds, remains in the body or oven in engagement with the carriage.
  • the length of the carriage is at most 1/3, preferably at most 1/4, particularly preferably at most 1/5 of the length of the outer rail.
  • a receptacle is provided on the carriage, which is preferably designed as a in the longitudinal direction of the carriage extending and fixed thereto pipe profile or U-profile. If the receptacle is designed as a U-profile, then the free ends of the U-legs facing the carriage and form with this a tube or a tube for the insertion of the guide on the pullout.
  • the engagement means for engaging the guide of the drawer with the slide comprise a latching recess on the guide and a latching lug or latching tab which is fixedly connected to the slide and can be brought into engagement with the latching recess.
  • the latching recess is expediently a notch arranged in the region of the free end of the guide.
  • the latching lug or latching tab is led out of the latching recess when the drawer is lifted in the front region and thereby tilted.
  • This embodiment prevents in normal operation, ie when the extract is moved horizontally in the body or oven or moved out that the extract from the carriage dissolves. But it also allows a very easy-to-handle release of the extract from the carriage and removal from the body or oven, without additional handles to solve any fasteners are required. Thus, an operator can grab an extract with both hands and simply remove it from the carcass or oven and, if necessary, put it back in another plane.
  • the locking means for locking the carriage against a method along the outer rail on the carriage a locking pin and on the stationary outer rail or a solidly connected part comprising a locking or bolt hole, in which the locking pin for a Locking the carriage is immersed against a process along the outer rail.
  • these locking means always engage when the guides of the drawer are released from the carriage and the drawer is removed from the carcass or oven.
  • the locking pin is resiliently biased in the direction of the locking recess or locking bore by means of a spring.
  • the locking means may be configured so that the locking pin undergoes a force in the direction of the locking recess or bolt hole by gravity. Both alternatives ensure that the latch pin securely retracts into the latch recess or latch bore to lock the carriage against a process along the outer rail when the extract is removed from the carcass or oven.
  • Latch guide, latch and latch pins are arranged and designed so that the bolt on the bolt guide slidably between positions is displaceable, in which on the one hand the locking pin for locking the carriage against a process along the outer rail in a locking recess or bolt hole dips and on the other hand, the locking pin the latch recess or latch bore is lifted out.
