Definitions

  • the invention relates to a piece of jewelry, which has an outer part and a movably received in the interior of the inner part, wherein the outer part has a pivot bearing with at least one bearing element for the inner part, by means of which the inner part is rotatably mounted in the outer part, so that extending in a direction of movement Relative movement between the inner part and the outer part is possible, wherein the outer part surrounding the outer part has at least one opening through which at least a portion of the surface of the inner part is visible, wherein the inner part in a first index position in which a first portion of the inner part by the Opening is visible, and in at least a second index position in which a second portion of the inner part is visible through this opening, relative to the outer part can be fixed.
  • Such a piece of jewelry is from the WO 2011/088827 A1 the applicant known.
  • a piece of jewelry is described with an outer part and an inner part rotatably received therein, which has a fastening which is movable relative to the outer part back and forth.
  • a catch means is provided between the attachment and the inner part for rotating the inner part in a defined movement in a defined direction.
  • the entrainment means comprises a sleeve, a sleeve insert, a compression spring and two plate rings having mutually facing toothings, and two further plate rings, which also have mutually facing toothings.
  • the sleeve has for attachment towards a central opening through which the top of the sleeve insert can enter through an opening far enough that a transverse bore in the sleeve insert can occur in front of a transverse bore of the attachment, so that the sleeve insert with a passing through the bore and the transverse bore Pin can be secured.
  • the sleeve insert has around its circumference around a collar-shaped widening, from which a circular segment is recessed, so that two stop shoulders are formed.
  • a projection structure is provided in the interior of the sleeve which either, in a rotational position, abuts the first stop shoulder and in a counter-set direction of rotation the second stop shoulder. In this way, the reciprocating movement of the sleeve insert rotatably connected attachment is limited relative to the sleeve and there are two index positions formed in which the inner part is fixed relative to the outer part in each case a defined rotational position.
  • One of the first ring plate has recesses through which penetrate from the inner part upstanding fingers.
  • the torque is transmitted from the attachment via the sleeve insert and its fingers on the ring plate and this ring plate takes the cooperating with him ring plate by positive engagement, so that the associated with this ring plate inner part is rotated.
  • the Stop shoulder is in abutment with the protrusion structure in the sleeve interior, the further rotation of the attachment is limited.
  • the first ring plate will slip onto the second ring plate. An entrainment is possible in this direction of rotation insofar only by frictional engagement between the teeth of the two ring plates, but not by the positive connection.
  • High quality jewelry such. As described in the above-cited document by the Applicant jewelry is characterized not only by the use of particularly expensive materials, but also by a high-quality processing thereof.
  • a preferred way to demonstrate this is to provide moving parts on the jewel which are movable by means of a sophisticated mechanism, such as that described above.
  • the mechanism described above makes it possible to change the visual appearance of such a piece of jewelry by an opening is provided in the outer part of the piece of jewelry, through which a portion of the inner part, which preferably has a first motif, is visible. If the inner part is twisted as described above, a second area, which has a second motif, visible.
  • the thus formed piece of jewelry therefore has, depending on the rotational position of the inner part, two different views and is therefore variable in its visual appearance.
  • the mechanical design with two stop shoulders ensures that each of these two defined index positions, the inner part is fixed relative to the outer part in a defined position.
  • WO 2010/108297 A1 is a piece of jewelry known which has an outer part in which an inner part is partially visible recorded.
  • the outer part is annular and the inner part is disc-shaped.
  • the outer part is articulated via a hinge on a fastening unit, which allow attachment of the jewelry piece to an external object. After swiveling the outer part together with the inner part received in it, it is possible to move the inner part out of the outer part. If the outer part is moved into its closed position, forms a leg of the aforementioned joint from a stop, which blocks a pivoting movement of the inner part.
  • the outer part By the articulated connection of the outer part to a fixing unit, the outer part can be pivoted in a plurality of positions between a first end position in which the outer part perpendicular to the abutment part of the joint, to a second end position in which the outer part is parallel to the stop part , wherein - as already mentioned - in the latter second end position of the fastening part engaging the first leg of the joint fixes the inner part in the outer part.
  • To be able to store the inner part safely in the outer part during the pivoting movement of the outer part has the outer part of two magnetic elements and the inner part of two complementary magnetic elements. By this magnetic bearing, the inner part is fixed in the outer part.
  • the outer part consists of two circular plates, which are arranged spaced apart from posts, so that a free space is formed, in which the here also disc-shaped inner part is rotatably received.
  • Each of the two plates of the outer part has two magnetic elements and the disc-shaped inner part has on each of its two end faces complementary magnetic elements, so that the inner part is held in the outer part by the magnetic bearing.
  • the proposed in the known piece of jewelry rotational movement thus allows the greatest possible supervision of the surface and the shape of the jewelry insert, which wearers and viewers of the jewelry according to the information in the aforementioned document obtain an unusually good insight into the nature of the jewelry element.
  • a Permanent magnet provided, which interacts with a permanent magnet on the ring rail.
  • the applicant is a piece of jewelry with an inner part and at least two pivotable about this inner part outer parts known.
  • the inner part is penetrated by an axis on which the two outer parts are pivotally mounted.
  • a multi-stable pivoting ply stabilizer is provided to stabilize and thus secure the outer panels in more than one pivotal position.
  • the edges of the two outer parts are designed so that in the stable pivotal positions each mutually facing edge regions of the two outer parts abut each other and the edges of the two outer parts opposite edges of the outer parts define an opening through which the inner part of the above-described, at least in three parts Built-up piece of jewelry is visible.
  • the piece of jewelry described in this publication is provided that in the edges of the outer parts now pairs of magnets are incorporated, in the first outer part, a first magnet on a first edge and a second magnet on the second edge. In the edges of the second outer part corresponding magnets are provided. If the two outer parts are moved towards one another about the pivot axis, then the cooperating magnets of the two outer parts come into contact and effect such that in this pivotal position the two outer parts are held together by magnetic force. The same applies to a pivoting of the outer parts in the other pivot position. Since the magnets act only between the outer parts, thereby a determination of the inner part relative to the two outer parts is not possible.
