Claims (23)
- Jouet magnétique (1) se composant d'au moins deux parties de jeu (2 ; 3), dans chaque partie au moins un aimant (4) étant disposé de sorte que les parties de jeu s'attirent respectivement par la force magnétique, caractérisé en ce que qu'au moins l'un des aimants (4) disposés dans une partie de jeu (2 ; 3) peut se déplacer à l'intérieur d'un espace prédéterminé (5) et en ce qu'un indicateur (6) est accouplé à l'aimant mobile (4).
- Jouet magnétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties de jeu (2 ; 3) présentent aussi bien un aimant mobile (4) qu'un aimant fixe (7).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'aimant (7) (aimant fixe) associé à l'aimant mobile (4) est disposé fixement dans une autre partie de jeu (3 ; 2) dans la zone d'action magnétique fixe (8).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de jeu (2 ; 3) présente une construction symétrique par rapport à un axe préféré (9).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties de jeu présente une construction identique.
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de jeu (2 ; 3) présente une zone de fixation (10) avec un nombre défini de positions pour une fixation amovible de l'aimant fixe (7).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur au moins une partie de jeu (2 ; 3) est disposée une fenêtre à travers laquelle on peut voir au moins une section partielle (12) de l'indicateur (6).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de jeu (2 ; 3) présente une zone avancée (13) et l'autre partie de jeu (3 ; 2) une zone de logement enfoncée correspondante (14).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'espace défini (5) est réalisé à l'intérieur de la zone avancée (13).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'espace défini (5) présente la forme d'un cylindre.
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'aimant mobile (4) et l'indicateur (6) sont maintenus dans l'espace (5) sur un plateau rotatif (15).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'aimant fixe (7) est maintenu dans un logement (16) qui permet différents blocages de l'aimant fixe (7) à l'intérieur d'un espace de déplacement qui correspond aux dimensions de l'espace défini (5) de l'autre partie de jeu associée (2 ; 3).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parties de jeu (2 ; 3) sont réalisées sensiblement en tant que corps creux surfacés.
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parties de jeu (2 ; 3) présentent au moins deux moitiés de boîtier (17 ; 18) qui sont assemblées en particulier de manière amovible au moyen d'une connexion par serrage ou encliquetage (19).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins sur la face visible d'une partie de jeu (2 ; 3) est disposée une coque de fermeture (29) qui est réalisée au moins partiellement visible et/ou en tant que support de reproductions.
- Jouet magnétique selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une lentille grossissante (30) est disposée sur la fenêtre (11).
- Jouet magnétique selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la lentille grossissante (30) est ajustée dans la fenêtre (11).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lentille grossissante (30) est disposée sur la coque de fermeture (29).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plateau rotatif (15) est muni d'un poids d'équilibrage (31).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un oeillet porteur (32) est disposé dans la zone de l'aimant fixe (7).
- Jouet magnétique selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que l'oeillet porteur (32) est guidé autour de la zone de l'aimant fixe (7).
- Jouet magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une taille (33) est réalisée entre la zone de l'aimant fixe (7) et la zone de l'aimant mobile pour au moins une des parties de jeu (2 ; 3).
- Jouet magnétique selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que la taille (33) présente un tel rayon de sorte qu'au moins une cavité de préhension est formée par la transition entre les deux zones.
