Definitions
- the invention relates to a piece of jewelry, which has an outer part and a movably received in the interior of the inner part, wherein the outer part has a pivot bearing with at least one bearing element for the inner part, by means of which the inner part is rotatably mounted in the outer part, so that extending in a direction of movement Relative movement between the inner part and the outer part is possible, wherein the outer part surrounding the outer part has at least one opening through which at least a portion of the surface of the inner part is visible, wherein the inner part in a first index position in which a first portion of the inner part by the Opening is visible, and in at least a second index position in which a second portion of the inner part is visible through this opening, relative to the outer part can be fixed.
- Such a piece of jewelry is from the WO 2011/088827 A1 the applicant known.
- a piece of jewelry is described with an outer part and an inner part rotatably received therein, which has a fastening which is movable relative to the outer part back and forth.
- a catch means is provided between the attachment and the inner part for rotating the inner part in a defined movement in a defined direction.
- the entrainment means comprises a sleeve, a sleeve insert, a compression spring and two plate rings having mutually facing toothings, and two further plate rings, which also have mutually facing toothings.
- the sleeve has for attachment towards a central opening through which the top of the sleeve insert can enter through an opening far enough that a transverse bore in the sleeve insert can occur in front of a transverse bore of the attachment, so that the sleeve insert with a passing through the bore and the transverse bore Pin can be secured.
- the sleeve insert has around its circumference around a collar-shaped widening, from which a circular segment is recessed, so that two stop shoulders are formed.
- a projection structure is provided in the interior of the sleeve which either, in a rotational position, abuts the first stop shoulder and in a counter-set direction of rotation the second stop shoulder. In this way, the reciprocating movement of the sleeve insert rotatably connected attachment is limited relative to the sleeve and there are two index positions formed in which the inner part is fixed relative to the outer part in each case a defined rotational position.
- One of the first ring plate has recesses through which penetrate from the inner part upstanding fingers.
- the torque is transmitted from the attachment via the sleeve insert and its fingers on the ring plate and this ring plate takes the cooperating with him ring plate by positive engagement, so that the associated with this ring plate inner part is rotated.
- the Stop shoulder is in abutment with the protrusion structure in the sleeve interior, the further rotation of the attachment is limited.
- the first ring plate will slip onto the second ring plate. An entrainment is possible in this direction of rotation insofar only by frictional engagement between the teeth of the two ring plates, but not by the positive connection.
- High quality jewelry such. As described in the above-cited document by the Applicant jewelry is characterized not only by the use of particularly expensive materials, but also by a high-quality processing thereof.
- a preferred way to demonstrate this is to provide moving parts on the jewel which are movable by means of a sophisticated mechanism, such as that described above.
- the mechanism described above makes it possible to change the visual appearance of such a piece of jewelry by an opening is provided in the outer part of the piece of jewelry, through which a portion of the inner part, which preferably has a first motif, is visible. If the inner part is twisted as described above, a second area, which has a second motif, visible.
- the thus formed piece of jewelry therefore has, depending on the rotational position of the inner part, two different views and is therefore variable in its visual appearance.
- the mechanical design with two stop shoulders ensures that each of these two defined index positions, the inner part is fixed relative to the outer part in a defined position.
- WO 2010/108297 A1 is a piece of jewelry known which has an outer part in which an inner part is partially visible recorded.
- the outer part is annular and the inner part is disc-shaped.
- the outer part is articulated via a hinge on a fastening unit, which allow attachment of the jewelry piece to an external object. After swiveling the outer part together with the inner part received in it, it is possible to move the inner part out of the outer part. If the outer part is moved into its closed position, forms a leg of the aforementioned joint from a stop, which blocks a pivoting movement of the inner part.
- the outer part By the articulated connection of the outer part to a fixing unit, the outer part can be pivoted in a plurality of positions between a first end position in which the outer part perpendicular to the abutment part of the joint, to a second end position in which the outer part is parallel to the stop part , wherein - as already mentioned - in the latter second end position of the fastening part engaging the first leg of the joint fixes the inner part in the outer part.
- To be able to store the inner part safely in the outer part during the pivoting movement of the outer part has the outer part of two magnetic elements and the inner part of two complementary magnetic elements. By this magnetic bearing, the inner part is fixed in the outer part.
- the outer part consists of two circular plates, which are arranged spaced apart from posts, so that a free space is formed, in which the here also disc-shaped inner part is rotatably received.
- Each of the two plates of the outer part has two magnetic elements and the disc-shaped inner part has on each of its two end faces complementary magnetic elements, so that the inner part is held in the outer part by the magnetic bearing.
- the proposed in the known piece of jewelry rotational movement thus allows the greatest possible supervision of the surface and the shape of the jewelry insert, which wearers and viewers of the jewelry according to the information in the aforementioned document obtain an unusually good insight into the nature of the jewelry element.
- a Permanent magnet provided, which interacts with a permanent magnet on the ring rail.
- the applicant is a piece of jewelry with an inner part and at least two pivotable about this inner part outer parts known.
- the inner part is penetrated by an axis on which the two outer parts are pivotally mounted.
- a multi-stable pivoting ply stabilizer is provided to stabilize and thus secure the outer panels in more than one pivotal position.
- the edges of the two outer parts are designed so that in the stable pivotal positions each mutually facing edge regions of the two outer parts abut each other and the edges of the two outer parts opposite edges of the outer parts define an opening through which the inner part of the above-described, at least in three parts Built-up piece of jewelry is visible.
- the piece of jewelry described in this publication is provided that in the edges of the outer parts now pairs of magnets are incorporated, in the first outer part, a first magnet on a first edge and a second magnet on the second edge. In the edges of the second outer part corresponding magnets are provided. If the two outer parts are moved towards one another about the pivot axis, then the cooperating magnets of the two outer parts come into contact and effect such that in this pivotal position the two outer parts are held together by magnetic force. The same applies to a pivoting of the outer parts in the other pivot position. Since the magnets act only between the outer parts, thereby a determination of the inner part relative to the two outer parts is not possible.
- the US 922 212 A shows a piece of jewelry that is pivotally received in a fork-like holder about an axis. To Germanyret réelle the jewelry in the fork-like support mechanical fasteners are provided.
- the piece of jewelry according to the invention in that the inner part arranged in the outer part and / or the or at least one of the openings is dimensioned or are such that the inner part of the at least one opening emerges or at least acted upon by the carrier of the piece of jewelry is, so that in this way the aforementioned relative movement of the inner part received in the outer part is made possible by the at least one bearing element, such that by this relative movement between the inner part and outer part of the inner part at least from the first index position, in which the first portion of the inner part visible through the opening is, in the second index position, in which the second portion of the inner part is visible through this opening, is movable, that the outer part has at least one magnetic element and the inner part at least one complementary magnetic element that the magnetic element or the magnet elements of the outer part is arranged in this in a position-defined position or are that the or at least one magnetic element of the inner part is arranged on or in the inner part, that the or at least one magnetic element approachable by the aforementioned relative movement of

- Such a measure has the advantage that, as a result, no further means are required for movement, in particular for the rotational movement, of the inner part 20 relative to the outer part 10. But it is also possible that (not shown in the figures), an actuating member is provided, through which the inner part 20 is movable relative to the outer part 10.
- the particular embodiment of the two half elements 11a and 11b forming the outer part 10 of the jewel 1 is not mandatory here. Rather, a variety of designs of the outer part 10 and thus the half-elements 11a and 11b is possible, as long as it is ensured that the outer part 10, the inner part 20 is movable, preferably rotatably accommodated.
- the outer part 10 has a pivot bearing for the inner part 20. In the case described here, this bearing has two bearing elements 14a and 14b, which are arranged in the first half-element 11a, and two bearing elements 15a and 15b interacting with these, of which in FIG. 1 only one bearing element 15a is shown on.
- the bearing element 14a of the first half-element 11a interacts with the bearing element 15a and the in FIG. 1 not shown second bearing element 15b cooperates with the bearing element 14b.
- the bearing elements 14a and 14b and 15a and 15b each have a recess 16, in which axle elements 21a and 21b of the here spherically formed inner part 20 can be accommodated.
- axle elements 21a and / or 21b pass through the outer part 10 and thus can be acted upon by the outer side of the outer part 10 for carrying out the rotational movement of the inner part 20.
- a configuration of the same as a ball or spherical is not mandatory.
- An embodiment is preferred which is rotationally symmetrical to the axis of the inner part 20 defined by the axle elements 21a and 21b.
- the shape of an ellipsoid should be mentioned in addition to the aforementioned spherical shape.
- the aforementioned spherical shapes of the inner part 20 is z.
- z. B a disc shape possible.
- the axis of rotation of the inner part 20 is then preferably orthogonal to the disc and - in the illustration of FIG. 1 - in a vertical direction. But also a non-rotationally symmetrical configuration of the inner part 20 is conceivable.
- the inner part 20 has in the case shown here a recess, which for receiving a decorative element, such.
- a decorative element such as a gemstone, a color stone or an ornamental insert, preferably made of precious metal or clad with it serves.
- An ornament on the surface 20 'of the inner part 20 is possible.
- FIG. 1 10 two holders 17a and 17b are arranged in the interior 12 of the outer part, in each of which a magnetic element 18a and 18b is added.
- the brackets 17 a and 17 b are arranged such that the inner part 20 is received between the brackets 17 a and 17 b, so that the magnetic elements 18 a and 18 b are arranged adjacent to the surface 20 'of the inner part 20.
- the inner part 20 in turn has two magnetic elements 28a and 28b, which are arranged in recesses 27a and 27b such that, in the assembled state of the jewel 1, in a first index position of the inner part 20, they face the magnetic elements 18a and 18b.
- the polarity of the magnetic elements 18a and 18b of the outer part 10 and that of the magnetic elements 28a and 28b of the inner part 20 is opposite, so that cooperating in this first index position cooperating magnetic elements 18a, 28a and 18b, 28b.
- the first magnetic element 18a After rotation through 180 °, the first magnetic element 18a then interacts with the second magnetic element 28b and the second magnetic element 18b of the outer part 10 interacts with the first magnetic element 28a of the inner part 20 so that in this position a second index position of the inner part 20 is trained.
- the magnet elements 18a and 18b of the outer part 10 and the magnet elements 28a and 28b of the inner part 20 cooperating therewith thus effect a magnetically induced fixing of the inner part 20 in the outer part 10, which has two index positions, namely a first index position, in which the first magnetic elements 18a and 28a and the second magnetic elements 18b and 28b cooperate, and a second index position in which the first magnetic element 18a of the outer part 10 with the second magnetic element 28b of the inner part 20 and the second magnetic element 18b of the outer part 10 with the first magnetic element 28a of the inner part 20th interacts.

- the inner part 20 is rotated by 180 °, so the recess 23 opposite part of the surface 20 'of the inner part 20 visible through the opening 13 of the outer part 10.
- the visual appearance of the piece of jewelry 1 is varied, wherein the inner part 20 is fixed in the outer part 10 each in a defined position.
- the use of magnetic elements 18a, 18b and 28a, 28b thus allows the determination of the inner part 20 in two defined index positions, without - as in the jewelry described above - a complicated mechanism is required.
- the outer part 10 and the inner part 20 each have two magnetic elements 18a, 18b and 28a, 28b, which are designed as permanent magnets, which are arranged with a different orientation, so that in the two aforementioned Index positions attract opposing magnetic elements 18a, 18b and 28a, 28b.
- the inner part 20 has two magnetic elements 28a, 28b, the outer part 10 but only a magnetic element, for. B. the magnetic element 18 a.
- the "magnetic detent" or “magnetic indexing" formed by cooperating magnetic elements will be weaker than in the case where it is formed by two cooperating pairs of magnetic elements 18a, 18b and 28a, 28b. However, this may well be sufficient for a number of applications.
- the inner part 20 only a single magnetic element, for. B. has the magnetic element 28a.
- the magnetic fixing of the inner part 20 in the outer part 10 which is caused only by a magnetic element pair formed from two cooperating magnetic elements, is lower than in the first described case, in which two cooperating magnetic element pairs are provided.
- the two magnetic elements 28a, 28b of the inner part 20 in the circumferential direction, ie in the direction of movement of the inner part 20 relative to the outer part 10, are arranged offset by 180 °. Again, this is not mandatory. Rather, it is also possible that another angular distance between the two magnetic elements 28a and 28b is provided.
- the inner part 20 has more than two distributed along its circumference arranged magnetic elements, so that then not only two index positions are formed.
- the magnetic elements 18a, 18b and 28a, 28b are formed as permanent magnets.
- a magnetic attraction can also be achieved in that only one element of a cooperating pair of magnetic elements is designed as a permanent magnet and the other is formed as a magnetizable element, that is made of a ferromagnetic material or at least one ferromagnetic material.
- the magnetic elements 18a, 18b of the outer part 10 are formed as permanent magnets and the magnetic elements 28a, 28b of the inner part 20 at least partially have a ferromagnetic material.
- the reverse variant, namely, that the magnetic elements 28a, 28b are designed as permanent magnets and the magnetic elements 18a, 18b are ferromagnetic, is possible. A combination of this measure is conceivable.
- the connection between the first half element 11a and the second half element 11b takes place in that the second half element 11b has fastening projections 19a and 19b, which in the case shown here are preferably components of the holders 17a and 17b are formed for the magnetic elements 18a and 18b.
- the first half-element 11a has through-holes 19c, 19d, of which in FIG. 1 only the bore 19d is shown. Through these holes 19c, 19d screws (not shown) can be pushed, which on the Fasten fastening projections 19a, 19b and thus fix the second half-element 11b on the first half-element 11a.
- the jewel 1 further comprises a fastener 30 which is secured by a bolt 31 on the outer part 10 of the jewel 1.
- the measures described are particularly advantageous if this is to create a convertible in its visual appearance piece of jewelry 1.
- the inner part 20 is held in the outer part 10 such that through the opening 13 of the outer part 10, a first region of the inner part 20 is visible:
- the inner part 20 is rotated by 180 °, starting from this first index position, the second area of the surface 20 'lying opposite the first area is visible and the inner part 20 is then held in this second indexing position by cooperating magnet element pairs.
- a second embodiment of a piece of jewelry 1 which corresponds to its basic structure according to that of the first embodiment, so that corresponding components provided with the same reference numerals and will not be described in detail.
- the main difference between the trained as a trailer first embodiment and trained as a ring second embodiment is that the outer part 10 now no longer - as in a trailer - the actual jewelry piece 1 forms, but that the outer part 10 and with him the recorded in him Inner part 20 are placed on a base body 40, so that here the base body 40 carries the outer part 10 as a kind of essay.
- the construction of the outer part 10 and the inner part 20 of the second embodiment correspond to that of the first embodiment, so that a further description is no longer required.
- connection of the outer part 10 and the inner part 20 takes place together and with the base body 40 by bolts 19e and 19f, which by not shown in the figures passage openings of the base body 40 and the above-described through holes 19c and 19d of the outer part 10 come into operative engagement with the fastening projections 19a and 19b of the inner part 20 and thus hold together the three aforementioned components, as shown in FIG FIG. 3 is shown.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 a third embodiment of a piece of jewelry 1 is shown, which corresponds to its basic structure according to that of the second embodiment, so that corresponding components in turn with provided the same reference numerals and will not be described again.
- a difference between the second and third embodiments consists in the formation of the inner part 20. This now does not have the recess 23.
- the inner part 20 has three magnetic elements 28a, 28b, 28c, but only one magnetic element 18a or 18b in the outer part 10.
- the magnetic elements 28a and 28b accommodated in recesses 27a-27c are offset by 90 ° relative to one another in the circumferential direction and in turn lie on a common turning circle.
- the second and the third magnetic element 28b and 28c are each arranged at 90 ° to the first magnetic element 28a and thus offset from each other by 180 °.
- the inner part 20 thus has, in the circumferential direction, three magnetic elements 28a-28d, each offset by 90 ° relative to one another, which together extend over a circumferential region of 270 °. This has the consequence that in the third embodiment now three index positions are formed in which a "magnetic detent" or “magnetic indexing" of the inner part 20 takes place relative to the outer part 10.
- FIGS. 6 and 7 a fourth embodiment of a piece of jewelry 1 is shown, which corresponds to its basic structure according to that of the third embodiment, so that corresponding components provided with the same reference numerals and will not be described again.
- the essential difference between the third and fourth embodiments is that the inner part 20 has four magnetic elements 28a, 28b, 28c and 28d and the outer part 10 has two opposite magnetic elements 18a and 18b.
- the four magnetic elements 28a-28d of the inner part 20 are offset from each other in the circumferential direction, so that a total of four index positions, which are 90 ° offset from each other, are formed.
- magnetic elements 18a, 18b and 28a-28d has the advantage that they allow a precise position positioning of the inner part 20 in defined index positions, without the need for elaborate mechanical structures are required.

The invention relates to a piece of jewelry, which has an outer part and a movably received in the interior of the inner part, wherein the outer part has a pivot bearing with at least one bearing element for the inner part, by means of which the inner part is rotatably mounted in the outer part, so that extending in a direction of movement Relative movement between the inner part and the outer part is possible, wherein the outer part surrounding the outer part has at least one opening through which at least a portion of the surface of the inner part is visible, wherein the inner part in a first index position in which a first portion of the inner part by the Opening is visible, and in at least a second index position in which a second portion of the inner part is visible through this opening, relative to the outer part can be fixed.

One of the first ring plate has recesses through which penetrate from the inner part upstanding fingers. Upon rotation of the attachment in one direction, z. B. clockwise, the torque is transmitted from the attachment via the sleeve insert and its fingers on the ring plate and this ring plate takes the cooperating with him ring plate by positive engagement, so that the associated with this ring plate inner part is rotated. As soon as the Stop shoulder is in abutment with the protrusion structure in the sleeve interior, the further rotation of the attachment is limited. When turning back, the first ring plate will slip onto the second ring plate. An entrainment is possible in this direction of rotation insofar only by frictional engagement between the teeth of the two ring plates, but not by the positive connection. The withdrawal will therefore only go so far until the ring plates have brought their teeth into abutment, which ensures an accurate and correct alignment of the inner part relative to the outer part at a precisely predetermined position. Thereafter, the reverse rotation of the attachment will be done without further entrainment of the inner part or other parts, because the further movement of the other parts is blocked. The reverse rotation of the attachment will only be possible until the second toothing between the ring plates engages. The attachment is then back in its non-twisted starting position. In this way, a precise movement of the inner part by reciprocating the attachment can be achieved, with defined, the index positions forming stop points are provided, which allow accurate positioning of the outer part rotatable inner part relative to this.
High quality jewelry, such. As described in the above-cited document by the Applicant jewelry is characterized not only by the use of particularly expensive materials, but also by a high-quality processing thereof. A preferred way to demonstrate this is to provide moving parts on the jewel which are movable by means of a sophisticated mechanism, such as that described above. Such pieces of jewelery appeal in particular to art-loving jewelery lovers who value a complicated mechanism. The mechanism described above makes it possible to change the visual appearance of such a piece of jewelry by an opening is provided in the outer part of the piece of jewelry, through which a portion of the inner part, which preferably has a first motif, is visible. If the inner part is twisted as described above, a second area, which has a second motif, visible. The thus formed piece of jewelry therefore has, depending on the rotational position of the inner part, two different views and is therefore variable in its visual appearance. The mechanical design with two stop shoulders ensures that each of these two defined index positions, the inner part is fixed relative to the outer part in a defined position.
However, there is an emerging need to use simpler mechanisms even for high quality jewelry, while preserving the functionality achieved by mechanisms such as those described above. The adjustment and / or determination of the outer part movably received inner part should be "playful simple", but "refined" done, in particular, the determination of the inner part is to be made possible relative to the outer part in certain index positions in a simple manner.

According to a second variant described in the aforementioned document, the outer part consists of two circular plates, which are arranged spaced apart from posts, so that a free space is formed, in which the here also disc-shaped inner part is rotatably received. Each of the two plates of the outer part has two magnetic elements and the disc-shaped inner part has on each of its two end faces complementary magnetic elements, so that the inner part is held in the outer part by the magnetic bearing.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to develop a piece of jewelry of the type mentioned in such a way that a positionally accurate positioning of the inner part is made possible relative to the outer part in at least two defined index positions in a simple manner.
This object is achieved by the piece of jewelry according to the invention in that the inner part arranged in the outer part and / or the or at least one of the openings is dimensioned or are such that the inner part of the at least one opening emerges or at least acted upon by the carrier of the piece of jewelry is, so that in this way the aforementioned relative movement of the inner part received in the outer part is made possible by the at least one bearing element, such that by this relative movement between the inner part and outer part of the inner part at least from the first index position, in which the first portion of the inner part visible through the opening is, in the second index position, in which the second portion of the inner part is visible through this opening, is movable, that the outer part has at least one magnetic element and the inner part at least one complementary magnetic element that the magnetic element or the magnet elements of the outer part is arranged in this in a position-defined position or are that the or at least one magnetic element of the inner part is arranged on or in the inner part, that the or at least one magnetic element approachable by the aforementioned relative movement of the inner part of the at least one magnetic element of the outer part and is removable from it by a further relative movement, so that in the first index position and at least in the second index position in each case at least one magnetic element of the outer part with at least one magnetic element of the inner part enters into a magnetic operative relationship.
The inventive measures a piece of jewelry is created, which is characterized in that its movable relative to the outer part inner part moves in two or more defined index positions and through the According to the invention provided magnetic elements can be set in these index positions. The inventively provided use of magnetic elements has the advantage that in a simple, but refined way a precise position positioning of the inner part is made possible relative to the outer part of the piece of jewelry. The functionality described above, as it was until now usually achievable only by a complicated mechanism, can thus be achieved in the piece of jewelry according to the invention by the use of easy to manufacture and manageable magnetic elements. By a movement, in particular a rotation of the inner part of the piece of jewelery according to the invention relative to the outer part is effected that thereby in each case a different region of the inner part is visible through the opening of the outer part. If these two areas are now designed differently, a variation of the visual appearance of the piece of jewelery according to the invention can thereby be achieved in a simple manner, but it is ensured that the inner part is fixed in defined index positions by the magnetic elements provided according to the invention.
An advantageous development of the invention provides that the outer part has at least two magnetic elements, which are spaced from each other in the direction of movement of the inner part, preferably spaced apart by 180 °. Such a measure has the advantage that it is sufficient in a basic version of the invention that the inner part of the piece of jewelry according to the invention only has at least one magnetic element, so that the inner part can be fixed relative to the outer part in two different index positions.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the inner part has at least two spaced apart in the direction of movement magnetic elements. To fix the inner part in two different index positions, in a basic version of the invention advantageously only a single magnetic element of the outer part is required.
A further advantageous development of the invention provides that the inner part and the outer part each have at least two magnetic elements, so that in the first index position and preferably also at least in the second index position, the inner part is defined by at least two magnetic element pairs formed by cooperating magnetic elements. Such a measure has the advantage that in this way a reliable fixing of the inner part in the respective index position is achieved in a simple manner. According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the inner part is arranged in the outer part and / or its opening dimensioned such that the inner part can be acted upon from the outside of the outer part forth from the support of the piece of jewelry. Such a measure has the advantage that in this way no further means for moving the inner part in the outer part are needed. Of course, it is also possible that the inner part through the opening of the outer part only visible, but not operated properly. In this case, an actuating member is then provided according to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, by which the movement of the inner part in the outer part can be caused.
Weitere vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Further advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

Preferably, the
If, as stated above, the movement of the
The
In the case described here it is assumed that the
It is also possible that the
In the above descriptions, it is assumed that the two
It is also conceivable that - as will be explained below with reference to the third and fourth embodiment - the
Also, it is not necessary that the
The
The measures described are particularly advantageous if this is to create a convertible in its visual appearance piece of
Is z.

It is essential, however, that it is provided that the

In summary, it should be noted that by the described measures, namely by the interaction of at least one
