Die Nockenbahn 56 ist so geformt, dass bei axialer Hin-und-Herbewegung die Befestigung 20 die auf der Nockenbahn aufgleitenden und mit dem Außenteil drehfest verbundenen Nocken eine Drehung des Zapfens 55 und damit des Innenteils 40 bewirken. Auf diese Weise kann eine Axialbewegung der Befestigung in eine Drehung des Innenteils übersetzt werden.
